One of the most memorable hotels we have ever stayed at. We have traveled the world and stayed at places such as four seasons, Ritz, and mandarine oriental. Still, this hotel stood out with its unique charm. The facility was beautiful, and the attention to detail was obvious. The room was equipped with lots of high-tech features. Everything was top-notch. Service was fabulous as well, with the staff being really attentive and courteous. We also got the best dinner recommendation from the concierge. We would love to come back if we visit Nanjing in the future.

It's so great~ Bring 👩 to 👀Shen Shen Concert~ While waiting in line to check in, I looked around and saw many young mothers bringing their daughters to watch, and there was also a father bringing his daughter to watch the concert~ When checking in, I saw that the front desk was very considerate to give fans headbands, and I was looking forward to it hahaha🤣But maybe my features are not obvious, the brother didn't give me one😭So I asked the front desk for one🤣Thanks to the brother, he helped me find 2 different headbands~Thank you!!! 😆 The room is big, the bed is high, and it's very comfortable~ The free bottled water provided by the hotel is placed on the sink in the bathroom🤣I didn't find it in the bedroom, and I almost called to send water hahahahahahahahaha🤣 The breakfast is very rich, toast with butter🧈 is super fragrant, and there is also my favorite duck blood vermicelli soup, which seems to have hearts added to it (it looks like chicken hearts?), so delicious!!! Chili oil lovers added 3 tablespoons of chili, and then I remembered that the spiciness of Nanjing is much spicier than that of Suzhou, so I asked the auntie at the noodle stall, and she told me that the chili oil is not spicy, but the yellow chili sauce is spicy~ Thank you! Very delicious😋 It would be great if ice cubes were provided for breakfast hahahahaha~ I really want to add ice cubes to my coffee☕️🧊~ But it may be that I didn’t find it myself🤣 In short, the buffet breakfast is highly recommended, very convenient and tastes good~ After breakfast, when we returned to the room, the cleaning auntie on the 23rd floor took the initiative to greet us: ”Good morning~” The service is great, real name like👍 A little suggestion: If the efficiency of check-in can be improved a little bit🤏It would be better😆 The overall is great, I came to the 👀Shen Shen concert, and I found this very high-quality hotel, which was full of gains~ I will stay here next time I watch the concert~🤣

The manager Peter ‘s hospitality was excellent n so was his team of colleagues . They were helpful in assisting us with the using of Nanjing public transport n he even went out of his way to help us to register our flight matters as we were unable to access our Google n WhatsApp . The lady cleaner was good n neat in her cleaning of our hotel room. The female staff who did the early morning shift was very helpful in teaching our to use the China baidu . The location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the Shanghailu station which can connect you to almost all the metro lines to all the famous tourist attractions . We had a good stay in this hotel .

I recently had a delightful one-night stay at the Golden Eagle International Hotel in their deluxe Queen size bedroom. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the elegance and comfort of the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my stay. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - courteous, professional, and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel premises was top-notch, making my stay both comfortable and reassuring. In summary, my stay at the Golden Eagle International Hotel was a wonderful experience, combining luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Nanjing.

Hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful to our needs throughout our stay. They lent us a standing fan (due to our preference for cold at night) and replaced our missing room key without much hassle. Staff were also attentive to serve us hot drinks in the lobby when we were just waiting for a short while. Not just front counter staff, cleaning staff also deserve praise for good service and friendliness. Overall a super pleasant stay, would definitely come back again!

Great service, really beautiful and in a pretty and convenient location (right next to Nanjing Wall and Laomendong and within walkibg distance of Confucius Temple). The lady at the front desk was wonderful, super friendly and upgraded our room for free when we got there, also helped recommend places to eat in the area. There is also a cat, 10/10. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The takeaway we ordered was delivered by a robot. The room was not big, but it was clean and exquisite. However, there was no intelligent voice control of lights, curtains, alarm clocks, etc. In Wenzhou, mobile phones can be wirelessly charged, which can be improved. Other things are pretty good, especially the staff are very considerate.

Best stay during my whole trip in china! Room was very spacious and cozy! I mostly appreciated how all the staff were extremely helpful since the moment I stepped in! They were very friendly and did their best to help me whenever needed (looking for restaurants/taking the metro). Even those who didn’t speak English, did their best to advise me. I soon realized I had booked the wrong hotel (there are two of the same company in pedestrianised Pipa Street), but it was going to he only for two nights. I was surprised not to find a hall with reception, but a mere elevator with a sign that probably indicated that check in area was on 5th floor, but it was in Chinese only. Luckily some residents arrived and took me upstairs, swiping their card... On arrival from the train station at 15:20, tried and with a cold, I was really looking forward to a hot shower and some rest, but no: the room wasn't ready and I had to wait 45” before I got my keys! Quite annoyed I demanded free breakfast as and apology, which I got immediately. The room was modern, bright, basic but comfortable: no dressing robe, only slippers. I would have been happy enough, were it not for the very disappointing, low quality, poor choice breakfast... Location was fun though, close to great shopping streets and alleys lighting up at night, the canal, Confucius Temple and Laomendong.

Very clean facilities! The hospitality was top-notch. The breakfast was wholesome with homemade and homegrown food. The family is super friendly and generous with their time in explaining the localities. My roommate forgot to bring her allergy medicine, and the landlord brought her to pharmacy! Truly enjoy our stay here.
