The room is extremely clean and spacious. The Front Office Manager, 朱经理, kind hospitality has warm my heart. First, we requested to change a bigger room to accommodate to our luggage, he upgraded us to a suite. Second, my mum lost her earrings in the room and couldn't find them, housekeeping found it and Manager Zhu mailed it to my next hotel location. Amazing service, those coming to Nanjing, this hotel, is one to consider! Highly recommend this place. & thank you Manager Zhu for your service. I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely pick this hotel again when I'm back in Nanjing.

We felt so welcome upon our arrival at the hotel . Everyone at the receptions were so helpful. Walking distance to subway and shopping malls

Everything’s fine, just the disposition of the hotel is kind of strange (lobby at 6th floor, rooms in another building with different exit). Service was good. There’s a Starbucks just below.

Exceptional service. Helped me with ordering stuff to my hotel. When I forgot to put out the DnD Sign they still sent a cleaning lady after I came. Overall staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great staff speaking good English. Location is also very convenient.
The only thing that a bit distracted was the cleaning auntie who offered us cleaning constantly even though we had “do not disturb” indicator turned on, but that’s not a big problem

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The little kitchen area has microwave, stove, and a washer/dryer. It was very convenient for a family. The hotel was clean and service was great. Two thumbs up!

The hotel has a very luxurious feel, very friendly staff, outstanding breakfast and a good location. The room was big, modern and cozy at the same time and had everything I needed. It’s close to the metro and in a quiet neighbourhood yet with lots of restaurants and convenient stores around it. I recommend it!
