The decoration design is Zen theme, simple atmosphere. Secondly, the hotel was amazing to us. I have lived in a few Hiltons. This is really the best. If you are in Sanya, this design-level hotel should be more than 3k. The most important thing is that all the concierge staff here are very enthusiastic, which can be called the butler department. It is no exaggeration that the service is the best I have ever stayed in China. I used to experience some hotels with 3k and 4k services. Special thanks to Glen for his thoughtful and considerate service, which added a great comfort to our trip. In addition, the Indonesian fried rice in the restaurant is also delicious! The overall experience is very good, I will choose here next time I come to Nanjing.

一、房間內部整體還行，兩點有所欠缺: 1、衞生間很小，浴室門和衞生間的門無法同時打開。帶孩子一起去的話實在難以轉開，特別不方便； 2、房間有小冰箱本來是錦上添花的事情，但是冰箱是沒有開啟的，需要我們自己研究怎麼開啟。以至於放進去的麪包拿出來的時候已經壞掉了； 二、服務方面略有欠缺: 1、關於攜程訂單裏面的送站問題。一開始前台説沒有這個服務，在我們與其確認了訂單頁面訊息之後則説現在過了送站的時間點了。説實話，打車到南站也要不了多少錢，但是這個服務和態度確實讓人不太舒服； 2、攜程訂單頁面顯示的自助早餐，可是實際服務員説衹有他們提前搭配好的東西吃，宣傳與實際差距較大。有種讓人感覺被坑了； 三、關於超市方面: 價格比較高不少，我衹買了一包煙，價格比市場常規價高整整25%； 四、好的方面: 酒店外部環境不錯，客房的樓進出都要刷房卡，感覺住的很安全。
