The location of this hotel is perfect for where I need to be. The Marriott Bonvoy hotel is always much better.

The room is nice. It has good shower room and the bathtub is relaxing. Just the customer service is not accommodating because I booked for a king bed for two days but they gave me a double bed although I asked them twice but the following day, they didn't bother to upgrade my request.

空調，空間大小，衞浴都不錯，但是外部的隔音稍差。隔壁關門時聲音在夜裡更明顯。床上配置許多新的彈力枕頭，但是對我們來説實在是太高了些，客服有及時拿了兩個稍低的才順利入眠。住了4晚，服務是可以的。早餐廳的人在週末實在太多，要排隊等位的，吃飯時間就不太夠的。

酒店整體服務非常在線，前台服務辦理入住都非常熱情，安排房間升級，衞生趕緊，樓層阿姨也很有禮貌。酒店外面的櫻花開得非常漂亮，吃完早餐可以在花園裡逛逛。 下次差旅會在過來。

一進大廳就覺得酒店很乾凈，快走到前台時，前台小姐姐就已經熱情的打招呼了。前台小姐姐幫我辦理入住時特別的親和有耐心，辦理完禮賓同事也很熱情的幫我拿行李帶路。一進房間就覺得房間很寬敞很乾凈，也特別喜歡前台同事給我安排的房間。房內的設施設備保養的很好，泳池健身房住店客人也是可以免費使用的。早餐廳看起來很大，菜品很豐富，可惜這次沒有訂早餐，希望下次來入住的時候可以享用到早餐。

非常滿意的一次住宿，大堂、房間都很棒。辦理入住時接待發現帶了兩個孩子時還加送了早餐，早餐種類豐富，食物可口。退房離店後發現一付藍牙耳機遺落在床上，趕緊電話聯繫酒店幫忙尋找一下，酒店查找後告訴説房間已打掃床品已送洗衣房，但已通知洗衣房繼續查找。本人原已不抱希望，但一小時後再次接到酒店來電説耳機找到了，還説幫忙快遞給我們。對此萬分感謝南京華泰萬麗酒店。相信萬豪品牌，支持萬麗酒店

第一價格在南京五星級酒店裡，還算比較親民的。位置離地鐵口500米的樣子，離德基廣場和國金百貨也挺近的，步行七八百米，周圍有還有幾個商場吃飯購物方便，商場人也不多，服務也很熱情。要説一下過年期間去了新街口逛逛，不管吃什麼前面都要等幾十號人，新街口飯店的服務也跟不上。
第二房間挺大的第一天住的是奧林匹克景觀房，房間就挺大住的挺舒服，落地窗户望出去就是奧體館，視野很好。第二天改住了尊貴大床房，房間就更大了一點，樓層更高，也是正對奧體館。這裏要説一下這的客房保潔阿姨也很好，第三天我在同一間尊貴大床房又住了一天，阿姨及時的把一次性牙刷肥皂潤膚露，餐巾紙衞生紙拖鞋又補了一套全新的給我們，我感覺這個酒店還是十分到位的。我在其它五星酒店還是經常會碰到沒有補齊的情況。儘管最後一天我女兒不小心磕到頭，腫了一個包，問前台要個創口貼，前台還問問要不要去醫院，還是很敢於擔當，沒有推卸責任。酒店早飯安排井然有序，裏面坐滿了，也會登記，外面坐位上等一會兒，早飯種類還算豐富。總之這次還是很滿意的。
