使用攜程快快十三年了，第一次使用差評，鬱悶了一晚上，代朋友預訂房間，下午電話和前台溝通看朋友是否入住，答覆不清楚，需要提供預訂訊息，提供完預訂訊息回覆查詢不到需要提供訂單號，按要求提供，回覆查詢不到，電話講晚會繼續查詢，一直到晚上沒有回覆，自己很着急，繼續電話前台，加我微信，換了個人，繼續重複上面一遍流程，回覆還是查詢不到，好的，那我問，如果客人沒入住，我是否可以退訂，不然錢浪費了，答覆不可以，時間到晚上不行，我急壞了，繼續問我有預訂訊息和付款記錄為什麼查詢不了，回覆尊重客人私隱，我真的是無語了，請你們攜程好好和酒店加強管理，我們是來訂酒店的，不是來被你們愚弄，受你們鳥氣的，有沒有一點職業道德和基本素養！

首次入住亞朵酒店，
設施：非常乾淨，看了舒服
衞生：非常不錯，就是淋浴間小了一些
環境：南大後面環境不錯，有點像我家的位置，送孩子考研非常方便快捷。
服務：這真的要點贊，客服真的非常棒，有問必答。
希望下次再來學校陪孩子讀書時再來這個酒店，給孩子一個驚喜的機會！

總體非常不錯，好的酒店應得好評。從入住辦理，超帥的前台辦理入住，給了我們兩瓶水，辦理很迅速，缺點可能是交通不方便吧，但園區門口有共享單車，我是來參加考試的，影響不大。酒店辦理大廳很大，環境很好。味道也好聞。入住的房間空間很大，裝修也很不錯，有很多小細節，比如洗漱各方面配的很好，浴衣基本都是帶外包裝的。比如隅田川的掛耳咖啡和一次性的咖啡杯，配有咖啡糖，茶葉，煙灰缸配有非常精緻的火柴。房間裏面有小冰箱適合放飲品。床很軟很舒服。睡眠很好，房間特別隔音，非常非常好。退房可以延遲到下午2點。性價比很高。點名表揚～凡幾和小香果。
