Jinjiang Nanjing Hotel

This is my second time staying at Nanjing Hotel. I feel it is better than the last time. I upgraded to a suite for free, which is perfect. The garden environment is shaded by green trees and cool and pleasant. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich.

Facilities: Very good, but the pillow is a bit soft, I hope to add a high pillow Hygiene: OK Environment: Old hotel, more retro Service: Very good, the front desk staff is very friendly, and there are robots for takeout. Breakfast: The breakfast variety is OK, the fruits include watermelon, honeydew melon and canned fruit. Desserts include egg tarts and whole wheat bread. There are also sushi and duck blood vermicelli soup. There is also a gym, but it is relatively small.

Old hotel, great atmosphere! It's rare to have a garden, the garden design and flowers are beautiful, the Chinese restaurant (lunch, dinner) and the cafe (breakfast buffet) are very fresh, Guangzhou people who are very picky about fresh ingredients are very satisfied, every dish ordered does not taste like a refrigerator, absolutely fresh, taste good, but definitely not authentic Huaiyang flavor, because we have eaten from Yangzhou, Zhenjiang, Gaoyou to Nanjing, I feel that only the products of Nanjing Hotel are most suitable for us Guangzhou people 😊 The souvenirs ordered are also freshly made, the packaging is very attentive, the attitude of the front desk and room service staff is really very good

The entire hotel has a long history. The lobby and room layouts are antique, with quiet and elegant elements everywhere. The environment is quiet in a bustling environment, which is very suitable for relaxation after traveling. I like the entry-level black tea incense very much. The front desk staff is polite and friendly. The only shortcoming is that the refrigerator in the room is broken. We want to keep the salted duck fresh. After communication, the service staff said that the refrigerators in other rooms are good and asked us to move one over. I personally think that it is one thing for us to be willing to move. We moved it over and changed it ourselves, and we also moved the broken one away by ourselves. This should be done by the hotel customer service staff and became our business. I feel that the service awareness is weak and slightly inappropriate. After all, we are customers, and we are very tired after walking for a long time during the day. The breakfast is rich and varied, with local specialties and a combination of Chinese and Western, and rich choices. However, the service staff charged half price for some children who were over 1.2 meters and under 1.4 meters tall. The next day, they did not charge breakfast for some other children. The parents said that it would be charged only for children over 1.4 meters tall, and the other party did not charge any extra money. I don’t understand why they charged my family (1.2-1.4 meters) the day before yesterday. If they could just charge me, they would chase me and ask which room I was from. I clearly told them when I entered the door, but they made a mistake. This is inefficient and it is embarrassing to disturb people’s meals.

Nanjing Hotel is an old hotel with a long history. It was built in 1936. I stayed there more than 20 years ago. The interior decoration of the hotel is very fashionable now, with complete facilities, cleanliness, free parking, high cost performance, and worth recommending.

I specially chose this old hotel when traveling with my parents. The old people like it very much. The hotel has a garden, convenient parking, clean and comfortable rooms, enthusiastic and professional staff, and cost-effective breakfast. In short, I am very satisfied and will stay there next time.
