前台服務人員微笑熱情，禮賓也幫忙拿了行李，客房打掃的也乾淨仔細，離市中心很近交通方便便於出行。

整體都不錯，唯一不好的是自助早餐沒有宣傳的那麼好，吃完了的東西添加很不及時，去的晚點就什麼都吃不到了，孩子就衝著自助早餐去的，有點失望

之前看點評並沒有太大的期待值，但是實際入住後發現還蠻不錯的，還是符合四星級標準。酒店硬件、軟件、服務、早飯都中規中矩。地理位置很棒，出行方便，去總統府和新街口步行十幾分鍾就行。

酒店位置就在大行宮地鐵2號口出來的地方，步行大概2～3分鐘，可以説十分方便了，也很好找；入住時前台會主動告訴你靠外圍的樓層可能會有點吵，是否需要安排到裏面的樓層，這個很貼心，而且2號樓的確很安靜，入住三天，三天都起晚了。。。因為太安靜了。不過1號樓我覺得風景應該會好一點吧。
房間不大，這個價位，這個時間段，我覺得沒得挑剔了，而且包三天早餐，早餐味道也還行，起碼不用跑那麼遠。
不過就是房間內有些基礎設施還是沒有很好的準備，第一，電視機的機頂盒藏到電視後面的牆縫隙裏，，，一頓找之後才知道怎麼看；第二就是，酒店裡麪沒有可以給你掛濕衣服的地方，畢竟入住那麼多天，有些衣物還是要洗的嘛，但卻沒有晾衣的地方；第三個，沒有毛巾籃，第一晚用完的毛巾完全沒地方放，放地上，怕臟，放洗手枱上，又不是很多位置，所幸第二天我留了個小紙條給打掃房間的阿姨，她看到了，也給我們準備好了。
總體來説，還是很滿意的，就是有個小疑問，2號樓是不是在裝修呢？
（ps：電梯的按鈕，有點搞）

房間挺小的 但設施還是挺齊全的 就是隔音不是很好 地毯也特別臟 很明顯 早餐還不錯 枕頭挺大的 還有兩個 吹風機不是很好 風小 聲音響

位置很方便，離新街口近，但是也不吵，大行宮地鐵站出來3分鐘到 前台兩個美女小姐姐很好，小陳!還有一個也很不錯，早餐特別豐富，走路就去總統府了，旁邊美食也特別多，推薦
