We had an amazing time in Nanjing. If you’re looking for a place close to the riverside , beautiful scenery, some peace and quiet environment. Best believe this is the hotel for you. The hotel price very affordable, there is room service with a given menu until 10:30 pm. So convenient for late arrivals. We had the balcony riverside view, what a view it was….

We had a phenomenal stay at the Hilton riverside, great facilities, lovely staff and divine breakfast. Definitely recommend individuals and families stay here.

Too bad I have only a very short stay at this hotel. Everything is fabulous except probably it’s a little far from restaurants and not walking distance to any convenient stores. I would love to come back to run along the canal. Just managed a short walk as it was freezing in the “park” across the road frm the hotel. Impressive views from the room too! 😍😍😍

There is a riverside trail in front of the hotel where you can go for a run or a ride. The air by the river is fresh and the sunrise and sunset are as beautiful as you can see. Location is not great, not in the city center. It is a little bit old, needs refurbishing. Rooms are very spacious. We ordered dinner buffet, not great, average buffet. Great price.

Pros : - The main advantage of this hotel is the location near the river. It is very peaceful and the view is great. - Bedroom is OK and well equiped - The balcony with a view on the river is perfect at night. It would have been good to have a chair or something on the balcony... - Breakfast is good but not as good as other Hilton hotels i stayed in China. Cons : - Furniture and equipment are dated. A refresh of the hotel is urgently needed. - Air condition was not working. We put air-con at 20 degrees and it was much more hot inside the room than outside, even if it was more than 25 outside ! - Check-in took half and hour ! Hotel did a mistake and prepared 2 rooms for us, while we only booked 1 room. We had to get help from a Chinese friend to do the check-in. This is not acceptable for an international hotel. I chose this hotel because it is close to my relatives house, but it is far from Hilton standards. I will not come to this hotel anymore until a refresh is done. I prefer to stay in a better hotel and take taxi everyday. The price is similar to others hotels in Nanjing (Shangri-La, Hilton Nanjing...) that are much better.

Pros: A wonderful river view A spacious room Cons: The hotel is very old and tired and in urgent need of renovation. The check-in took ages because the front desk lady apparently saw a foreign passport for the first time. I was given a room without a bathtub despite my booking, luckily the front desk agreed to change it. There was no bathrobe, toothbrush etc for the child. Doormen didn't help with the car door nor with the luggage, they just stood there and watched (whatever for? ). The only thing this hotel has in common with 5 stars is its name.

1. I am satisfied with the hotel's facilities. - there was no mug in the room, so it was hard to put hot water 2. I used the hotel's restaurant and signed my name before coming out. The manager held me accountable on the hotel phone around 10 p.m. The reason is why I didn't pay immediately. I just followed the instructions of your hotel staff. Why hold the guest accountable? Why should a guest do what a hotel staff should do? What is the hotel's system? 3. I don't recommend this hotel

Nice balcony ,clean room. Nicer staffs.but there is no coffee &tea rest room in ground floor.it made me find another places to have a meeting.hoping somewhere else in hotel can be a meeting place with others

It’s a 3.5 star hotel…. room is great: clean, view (if you upgrade), balcony, huge bathroom, good bed, furnitures well-maintained. When it comes to culinary, it’s a big disasters: room service menu… no breakfast options, no drink options (except 2 local wines, not even soft drinks or water), no restaurants are having any normal drinks and very tiny food selection. Executive Club no need to pay for… even a airport lounge is doing much better. WaiMai only way to eat at such beautiful venue. It’s really a shame. Hopefully Hilton is reviewing this property and get it back on track. Really beautiful venue. Staff also very nice, just efforts from the General Manager is missing. Will not come back but would recommend for the rooms and view.

We have been travelling to several places in China , my wife decided to include Nanjing as part of our trip , she chose the Hilton Nanjing Riverside as the place to stay . What a wonderful reception we received , headed up by the manager Sarina , with her welcoming smile and happy demeanour. From top to bottom the staff were attentive and smiling. We enjoyed a superb meal in the restaurant, excellent food , superb presentation and excellent service . I certainly recommend Hilton Nanjing Riverside as the place to stay . Many thanks to the Management and their excellent crew , after all example starts from the top ! Stuart Allen , from the Isle of Man .

I stayed at the Hilton Nanjing Riverside on my first-time visit to Nanjing. Overall the hotel was good, and check-in was smooth. Due to the recent pandemic, the hotel did not offer daily room cleaning service, which was quite sad as I was only informed of this upon check-in. The breakfast selection was good, but I was a bit disappointed that the plates were cold, and so was the breakfast room was cold which meant the food went cold quickly, making me not enjoy the food.
