This hotel is really great. The front desk staff Xiao Hu also arranged it very well, and I was very satisfied. The hotel is clean, sanitary, high-end and bright. It is new and fully equipped. The baby had a lot of fun staying here. The food in the restaurant on the 3rd floor was also very tasty and cost-effective. The swimming pool and hot spring in Building C are superb. If you are traveling with a baby under three years old, it is recommended to play in the hotel's swimming pool, which is very good and does not cost money. If you have a baby over three years old, you can go to Dragon Nest Water World.

The most outrageous stay experience was the two-night business bed room. The result was not given to us. Then the suspected multi-person movement next door stayed on the first night. It was noisy from 12:30 in the evening to three o'clock. Later, the next day I went to the front desk and asked for a room change. We changed to a business bed. The business room is really much better. . .
I am very confused why the business booked on the first day did not give me and why the 429 next room can accommodate many men and women. It really opened my eyes to me.

Ok, the family room type is cost-effective, too tired, forget to close the window at night, but did not sleep cold. I didn't think about writing Trip.com , otherwise I would pat the toilet. The bathroom is still a bit old, one stop to the Youth Olympic, no need to play, no need to play, tired, take the subway back, a little bit from the subway station.
We left at five in the morning, the front desk also said that breakfast can be delivered, you can ask, anyway, we did not eat.

First of all, the price-performance ratio is very high. It is quite surprising to find a hotel of this price in Nanjing on weekends. Then the environment, the hotel is very grand, the decoration is also very ceremonial, there are flower arrangements and murals in the room, and the sanitary napkins are separated into wet and dry types. The service attitude is also very good, and free snacks and drinks are prepared. Finally, the breakfast has a full range of varieties. I am very picky about food and I am very satisfied. However, it is a bit far from the subway entrance, so it is better to drive by car.

This hotel is affordable cozy, cute, clean, comfortable and gives a home feeling. The room was just the right size with every amenities available. They have breakfast buffet with many delicious treats. Perfect when traveling on a budget. The location isn’t convenient because of the construction being done next to the hotel. We almost couldn’t find the hotel and the taxis made us walk to the main road because the hotel wasn’t easy to find. As soon as I got into the hotel, all my frustrations were gone 😍😍😍. The service is very good. If there is a room, you can check in early. The hygiene is also very good. Basically, you can't see dust and hair. The location is also very convenient, just at the exit on the south side of Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge. There are also some attractions nearby. The equipment in the room is very useful. The only bad thing about staying is that the robot on the third floor cannot go up, and you have to go down to get the takeaway yourself. The cost performance is very high, less than 200 yuan a night in the center of Nanjing. The sound insulation effect is very good.

The room was good, with 2 separate toilets. The only downfall of this hotel is that it's little far from downtown and secondly the air conditioning and bedroom lighting is not good. The central air conditioning system is not efficient to make room cool enough during hot days. And the most of the lights at the bedroom were not functioning. The management should check the room number 1508 same problem with wifi problems and 1208 with bedroom lights problem and the low cooling of the air conditioning. Except for these problems, the room was perfect to stay.

AAnonymous UserThe best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

YYunaYeapMy husband and I had an amazing stay at Nanjing Central Hotel (Room 576, from 30 July to 1 August). Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Charles Hao. We didn't know he was the GM until he introduced himself after personally leading us to our room. He was humble, friendly, and lovely to chat with. He even gave us an upgrade and assigned us a newly renovated room at no extra charge. We are so grateful for such warm hospitality.
The room was perfect. It was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was cool, the shower pressure was good, the bed was comfortable, and the smart TV was even bigger than the one we had at home! Best of all, we met sweet Pan Na, the housekeeping manager in charge of our room, who presented us with two cute animal towels.
On our departure day, the hotel porter not only helped us with our heavy luggage but also protected my head with his hand as I entered the taxi. Such a gentleman! All in all, the service here is really top-notch, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return the next time we visit Nanjing.

The hotel has a perfect location, being only 5min from the olympic stadium area and the Nanjing eye scenic area. The hotel staff are polite, friendly, and speak perfect english. The hotel rooms, whether city view or river view, are all sublime. Spacious room with spacious bathroom and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, the holiday feeling when you enter the room is immediate. The hotel has is home to a number of restaurants that offer a range of meals. Additionally, the hotel buffet is great (cost approx 350CNY) and includes a variety of meal options from seafood to steak to vegetarian options. I stay at this hotel once or twice per year and i thoroughly enjoy the stay each time.

The security guard at the door was very polite in directing the vehicles, and the front desk staff in the lobby were warm and thoughtful. I especially praised Xiao Guo at the front desk for his smiling service. All the questions asked were answered one by one, which gave people a warm feeling! There were welcome drinks in the lobby, and the concierge helped with the luggage and the elevator. I like the service! The bedding in the room was very comfortable. It was so comfortable to lie down after a tiring day. I will recommend friends to come and experience it!

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

GGuest UserI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

It is conveniently situated close to Deji Plaza and Xinjiekou MRT, which is one of the city's premier shopping and dining destinations. Additionally, there are numerous excellent restaurants just opposite the hotel, providing a wide variety of dining options. The ease of access to transportation was another highlight, making it simple to explore the rest of the city.
Rooms:
The rooms at Novotel Nanjing Central Suning are incredibly clean, spacious, and smoke-free, which is a huge plus for those who prefer a fresh and healthy environment. The design of the rooms is modern and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. The central location of the hotel also ensures that many rooms offer stunning city views, adding to the overall experience.
Service:
The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.
Amenities:
The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the stay experience. The fitness center is well-equipped, providing a great space for guests to maintain their workout routine. The restaurant within the hotel serves a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of options, catering to both Western and Asian tastes.

My stay at the Novotel Nanjing Central Suning was nothing short of excellent. The combination of its central location, clean and spacious rooms, smoke-free environment, and outstanding service made my visit to Nanjing truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Nanjing.

PPatrickeblevinsMy wife and I are trying our best to have children but it has been very challenging. We needed a place close the hospital and decided to try Qingmu hotel because it was conveniently located and looked comfortable from the outside and had mostly positive reviews on trip.com.
As a foreigner who speaks very little mandarin I was concerned about communication with the hotel staff. But I was pleasantly surprised with how efficiently they handled this problem. We were able to chat with help of WeChat and google translate. They also knew more English than I thought they would. Soon we were very friendly and found a productive way to communicate my needs and get the best room possible. They also helped with our travel bags and provided water and a snack. I felt very happy and comfortable with their services and they made this feel like a home more than a hotel stay.
The room was very inviting and smelled freshly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable and my wife has had back pain but said that the bed was perfect for her. It was nice that they were able to store our medication in a temperature controlled fridge while we continued to work towards conception. We had a wonderful view of the city and the bathroom had essentials to aid in freshening up between sessions. The shower had hot water and a removable head and could fit two people.
We had access to a microwave oven to warm our lunch and a laundry center to catch up on our travel clothing cleaning needs.
The hotel is located close to the subway and is surrounded by many restaurants and other forms of entertainment. Staying here during the Chinese New Year you could feel the festivities all around you, with brightly colored decorations and music.
The hotel was also pleasantly decorated with flowers in our rooms as well as in the lobby.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay, for an even better price, my wife and I will definitely return here. I attached some photos of my stay below.
