The morning hall has a good environment and rich food. Thumbs up! Large hotel, comfortable double beds. Except for the small bathroom, everything else is very satisfactory! We went to check in after eating Haidilao at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. The hotel is very nicely designed, has all the modern comforts, yet gives you the feeling of staying in a historic courtyard house. There are many spaces to explore, the house has a lot of history and the hotel feels very peaceful and relaxing. Staff is incredibly friendly, spoke well English and offered easy communication via WeChat as well. It was very easy to stay here as a foreigner. They have a good system to carry your luggage in a small cart through the old town (as cars are not allowed), so there is no need to worry about that. They also offered a free train station drop-off. Breakfast was delicious and Langzhong is very much worth visiting, a beautiful lively old town during the day and at night when old lanterns illuminate the town. Would highly recommend staying here!

SSteve HKWhat an incredible stay! I booked it as it looked lovely in the pictures (and it does look lovely in real life) - but what I missed was the scale and size of the place.
It's connected to the Jinyuan Zhangfei International Hotel - the grounds are stunning, with beautiful pools of carp and goldfish, all connected by corridors, with views of curated beautiful foliage. The lobby of the main hotel is stunning also with vistas out to the river. There are lots of other facilities - such as a comfortable lounge bar, even a grocery store (!), a gym/pool (we only had so much time to explore, as it was so huge!).
Our room turned out to be a type of suite with our own entrance hallway, pools, reception rooms. There was at least one other room, but we didn't see any guests there, so it felt like it all belonged to us!
The room itself was spacious, quiet and really comfortable.
Breakfast was buffet style and pretty extensive. We arrived just before closing - and it wasn't that busy. Not sure about earlier!
Staff were lovely and helpful. Would DEFINITELY go back!
(The hotel is located right beside the old town, with easy access to the old town of Langzhong. Great to walk around there at night when it gets less busy).

MMirandaThis is a well designed hotel conveniently located in the ancient town of Langzhong. It's within a short walk to all major attractions, shops and street food. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the train station. There's an excellent view of the rooftops on the top of the hotel. The room was well heated and the water in the shower was hot. The staff are friendly and welcomed me with a plate of fruit. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
