Lavande Hotel (Nanchong Xihua Normal University)

I found stains on the pillowcase, and a man was shouting and knocking on the door in the hallway in the middle of the night. Although I communicated with the front desk and received timely feedback, I have never encountered so many problems since I started staying at a hotel. The sheets and bath towels had small holes of varying degrees, but I did not report these to the front desk. Luckily, I only booked one night.

The room was still very nice the second time I stayed here. The receptionist was also very welcoming and provided excellent service. She patiently explained any issues with the room and even called after check-in to ask if I was comfortable. Thumbs up!

出差住的，房間有智能的小度，可以控制窗簾和燈，早餐不錯，在同價位的酒店裡算是很棒噠。早餐有米粉和麪，肥腸米粉好好吃，還有6個熱菜， 4個涼菜，西點和中點都有。

酒店離西華師範大學二期棟樑門很近，樓下餐館多，吃飯方便；房間內乾淨整潔，設施完善，安全保障較好，出行體驗不錯。

就在西華師範大學旁邊，很近。樓下很多吃的附近就有小吃街，很方便。房間衞生感覺一般，有聞到煙味。整體一般吧

酒店高速路口不遠，附近有個大學城，因為是春節期間，比較冷清。酒店有停車場，導航去很方便。房間不大，設施齊全，環境衞生也可以。前台服務熱情周到。
