I ordered a machine-made mahjong room. Mahjong is very sticky. I called the hotel to ask someone to wash the mahjong. Don't wash it. There is no sense of service at all, and the service attitude is strong enough. The air conditioner is also turned off at night. It is said that the central air conditioner is controlled at 20 degrees, and the air conditioner is automatically turned off when the outdoor temperature is below 20 degrees. However, the room is not ventilated and hot, and hot children can't sleep, although finally changed to a larger room . 酒店不錯，環境衞生都很好，前台的客服小張和另外一位客服的服務態度特別好，有問必答，我是帶着孩子去考試的，兩位客服還詳細的給我介紹了去學校的路線，簡直是太感謝了😊，退房手續辦理的時間也很快。對第一次去南充的我來説，酒店的服務態度給我的體驗感覺是非常不錯的，下次再去南充還會選擇這家酒店。

我是過去考試的，這個酒店是離考試最近的酒店，站在門外的時候覺得這個酒店值兩百多，進去以後服務也還行，直到我進了房間。裏面的地毯是臟的，洗漱用品要收費不是一次性的，不給錢的放的地方很隱蔽，收費的很顯眼，特別是他家那個馬桶墊，馬桶本身很臟就算了，我還沒見過一片式的馬桶墊，臟了以後我找前台重新來一個，他沒給我説要收費，一直説給我安排清潔阿姨送，第二天退房的時候要收我錢。一個馬桶墊六塊！！反正特別坑！建議不是唯一選擇就不要住了！！！

比較安靜，旁邊就是小區所以早上聽見很多鳥叫聲，酒店服務不錯可以寄存行李，早餐豐富但是急着走所以就喝了杯豆漿離開了
