It feels very good. The hotel has Chinese food. The hotel staff and hotel managers are very friendly and attentive. There are shopping malls near the hotel, a few minutes’ drive away, and shopping is also convenient. After staying there for a week, the hotel can rent a car and it is safe to go out. There, I ran out of money, the hotel manager was a Chinese, and he also helped to accept the domestic WeChat exchange of RMB for US dollars. It was almost a sense of seeing a fellow countryman. Very grateful for the hotel's help, very humane. Will stay there next time I go.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent array of choices and everything on offer was enjoyable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The security process and security doors and card access only areas seemed a bit over the top but we did indeed feel secure. We enjoyed a delicious Christmas Eve dinner on the top floor of the hotel. It was a memorable experience. My only complaint is that though I had the air conditioning on and temperature set to cool the room a bit, the unit was running during our two day stay and never cooled the room or reached the temperature chosen. Also the in room phone did not work. I did request a maintenance person come to check on both f these issues and no one ever came. The bed was very comfortable and the modern style of the room was nice.

Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

There is no Chinese service, the waiter is very enthusiastic and attentive. After staying for a few days, we are the two Chinese, and they respect the Chinese. Breakfast is okay, with fruits and salads. Chinese food and lunch are all buffets. During the epidemic, management is still very strict and the environment is good.

To begin with; 1. The location is great 2. Check in was very smooth 3. The facility has the most greenery i have seen Huge props for the complementing the Eco System. 4. My room was very clean 5. The facility has very friendly team. Great job! NOTE: I stayed in room D06 and the WC needs to be checked, it seemed to be faulty.

I booked a 1 room unit (near parking/reception) for a 5 night stay at Woodmere. I had second thoughts when a woman in the opposite unit endlessly ranted and shouted till around midnight. I reported this occurrence as it was impacting my stay. For the next 4 nights l was moved to a suite overlooking the swimming pool - a much nicer, more comfortable and spacious apartment with a balcony - without any extra charge being incurred. I extended my stay a further 2 nights when offered the reduced rate of $100 US for the extra 2 nights. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Overall it was ok. Pros, good location, the staff are friendly and the room is decent. Cons, the reception is inefficient and check in takes longer than it should. It’s like we are first customer that has ever checked in. Lots of confusion. My ac did not work. I had to call 3 times to reception before someone turned up. They said the ac does not work here. Did not bother to check anything because it seem normal for the ac not to work. I told him it’s very hot in this room and I can’t sleep. Also ac is basic especially if you are calling yourself a 5 star hotel. He shrugged and said I can get you a fan. Got very little sleep and I think they don’t service the ac to save on electricity. It’s a poor attitude from the management especially for a “5 Star” hotel. It’s more like a 3 star. Better places to go for the same price. Will not return.
