Hello Friends, Without doubt one of the favourite hotels I stayed during my time in Nagpur! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general ***ager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The second day we did a Nagpur Village trekking (20 - 22 Kms away from hotel) which was guided by Rajesh, who works as a Welcome Guest executive (Railway/ Airport Pickup Executive) as well. Rajesh is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general ***ager who does a great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality! The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building and it only gets more breath-taking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Overall, I had a great experience, the staffs were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend, Kitty Parties, Office & family Get-together, Reunion Meetings etc.. Simply Cheers to the Hospitality! Regards, Sameer S. A.

Only 2 things were good. Staff was well behaved and is located 5 mins via cab from airport. Rest, it's an overpriced property. Be prepared to carry your own luggage till your room bcoz the staff posted outside has no clue what to do when you arrive. They seem to have renovated the property but with cheap stuff. NO bar ! So if you want to relax in your room with a drink or two after a tiring flight..u should carry your own bottle ! Food is below standard. They checked me into a room with broken window and the view outside is just too good to handle ..lol.(see the pics). Dirty and old linen. Oh !and also, the hot water from the geyser lasts only for 3 mins max !

Hello Friends, Without doubt one of the favourite hotels I stayed during my time in Nagpur! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general ***ager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The second day we did a Nagpur Village trekking (20 - 22 Kms away from hotel) which was guided by Rajesh, who works as a Welcome Guest executive (Railway/ Airport Pickup Executive) as well. Rajesh is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general ***ager who does a great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality! The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building and it only gets more breath-taking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Overall, I had a great experience, the staffs were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend, Kitty Parties, Office & family Get-together, Reunion Meetings etc.. Simply Cheers to the Hospitality! Regards, Sameer S. A.

Be prepared to carry your own luggage till your room bcoz the staff posted outside has no clue what to do when you arrive. They seem to have renovated the property but with cheap stuff. NO bar ! So if you want to relax in your room with a drink or two after a tiring flight..u should carry your own bottle ! Food is below standard. They checked me into a room with broken window and the view outside is just too good to handle ..lol.(see the pics). Dirty and old linen. Oh !and also, the hot water from the geyser lasts only for 3 mins max !

Mr. Shubham at reception seems to be so arrogant that he was least bother about guest stay. I asked for a water bottle, he said it will be chargable,since they would be giving only one bottle per day. I was Ok and ready to pay since I was thirsty, it was so shocking for mewhen he asked double the amount of that bisleri water bottle. When I asked why you are charging extra he said yehi rate hai leno hai toh loo. I only asked that i am not taking any kind of sevice regarding this bottle, no service has been taken. On this he argued that airport par bhi extra lete hai, my friend for your kind information there also they dont take extra than MRP. Also the stay seems to be more touchable when in the morning AC of the room was leaking and and entire room was full of water, I was about to slip but thank god I balanced myself. And my life is safe. Also when I asked if I am staying in your hotel and would be getting only bottle per day, other would be chargeable and that too at double price. On this mr shubham said kii hotel toh full hai, he is least bothered about it. In short I would never recommend this hotel for stay to anyone. And also would like to praise the person who is leading restaurant. The way he handles the guest is fantastic, he knows what exactly guest wants. Everytime when I visited the restaurant, he with is smiling face asks what will you have and really treats his guest really well like a true hotelier.
