Everything was amaaaaaazing at our stay! Pity that we only had 1 night 😭 the hotel is brand new and the staff were all great. We were warmly welcomed by the bell desk staff at L1, he was so friendly and it was a great start. Check in was seamless! We stayed at the highest floor and the view was great. The staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne as we told them that it was a wedding anniversary celebration. The room was modern, clean, and the best! Parking is at Amu Plaza just beside the hotel. Gym facilities at L8 were brand new and clean. Overall the best experience and we would recommend everyone to stay here when they visit Nagasaki! Memorable stay and the highlight of our time in Nagasaki!We would love to visit here again! - Cassandra

Pros: excellent service with luggage delivered to the room, spacious, good view and big window
Cons: got to take two lifts to go to the room, near by only one shopping mall no small shops, close to perfect
