We’ve stayed there years ago it has gone down hill. Not as clean the pool areas dirty no pool towels. One of the hot tubs had throw up in it very disgusting.

Room is old and rundown. Sliding door would not stay on track. Holes in carpet and chair torn. Shower would not drain quickly. A cellphone was left in room in plain site, so was room cleaned properly.
We reserved a room with beds near the balcony but the building was under construction. Should not make these rooms available if I cannot get one.

This is my 3rd or 4th time at the resort over the last 12 years or so. It’s not bad but definitely needs some upkeep. There were vacuums going at 3&4 in the morning, doors always slamming, a roach in the pool room and the room needed a new coat of paint.

I stepped in my room and noticed that the room looked nothing like the pictures online.
It was a disappointment! The room looked old and the furniture and things were outdated. I tried to get a refund but was unable to do so. I decided not to stay.

Its not what you think online… they had roaches and had a bad smell. The parking was across the street from the place…customers service was great!

The check in was not good. To much ro type but was very disappointed. It shouldn't have never happened of you care about your customers. I wod have sat on yhe freezing cold lobby for hour if i didn't go back and say anything. Room was noce but they didn't clean the floors. I saw receipts and tags from clothes on rhe bedroom floor like really. I also killed a bog black spider on the pillow of one of thw beds.
