Once in Mykonos - Designed for Adults

This is not ONCE IN MYKONOS we definitely return again to this amazing hotel! Fantastic service, a warm welcome, everyone is there for you and nothing is too much. Here you experience the great greek hospitality. The hotel is new, incredibly clean, beautiful rooms, amazing views and for us a great location in the beautiful bay of Ornos, just a few kilometers from Mykonos town. Highly recommended! Thanks thanks to all the staf, you guys are great!

Having booked in January without realising the hotel wasn’t finished, I feared the worst based on some of the below reviews. In fact our stay was fantastic. For sure it’s a new hotel, only open one month, so the staff are still settling in, but the fact is they are so friendly and keen to help, that I’ve no doubt the team will have this place running like clockwork very quickly. The pool area, drinks, food and room were all great. Certainly the resort is high on a hill with plenty of steps (that’s what makes the views so special), but there are golf carts to transport you from top to bottom, so really not a problem. The prices are what I’d expect of Mykonos, so no complaints there either. Special thanks to the lady on reception (dark curly hair, sorry I’ve forgotten your name) who was always cheerful and welcoming and at one point when posed an issue said the words that every guest hopes to hear “sir, leave it with me, it’s not your problem to worry about, it’s mine”. I hope this new resort goes on to be a great success. The only thing I’d add is that the hotel should add a vehicle or 2 of their own so they don’t have to rely on outsourcing travel.

Once in Mykonos is simply beautiful. The staff (a special thanks to Elsa and Harry and their team) - they were simply sensational and soo accommodating. It felt like we were staying with family and it was soo nice to be welcomed like this as part of a luxury boutique hotel. Despite my luggage being lost by the airline, Elsa took it upon herself to investigate this for me for days on end which took away the stress. This is a brand new hotel in Ornos - it did just open with breathtaking views - some parts of it under construction (no fault of the hotel - world events has contributed to this). Breakfast and the pool was on point. Front of house and those who served us in the restaurant/pool bar were soo lovely and hospitable. Thank you Petros and team. The only critique I do have is the room (bathroom design) it was slightly cramped and difficult to place items on limited space and towel racks. Also not much room for luggage, But can’t really fault anything else. Wifi is very strong, decor is soo modern, chic. I think once the hotel has finished construction it’ll be soo luxe and in hot demand! We can’t wait to visit again. Thanks again Once .. it was an unbelievable experience. I’m going to miss this, Elsa you are an absolute dream and such a great asset to the hotel.

Wonderful Hotel! 10/10 on location, service, breakfast and attention to the client. I spent the best 4 days here. My wonderful holiday was organized by the magical manager of the hotel Vaso. She super professional manager. She is a magician! Vaso makes the impossible possible! Thanks to Vaso. I got tables at all the best restaurants in Mykonos without an appointment. Oll my wishes came true instantly! Vaso is attentive to every client. All the hotel staff is very friendly. I got satisfaction from Mykonos thanks to the professionalism of all hotel staff. Thank you Once in Myconos! You are the best!

I visited with my wife in August 2023. This is one of the best hotels I have ever been in. It is new and lovely. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and with amazing view. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially George. The pool also is amazing eith a perfect view of Ornos, it looks like a postcard view. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, we loved everything that they had to offer. Everybody from the staff was all the time ready to help and always smiling. They even gave us a gift when we checked out wich was something I never experienced before. Will definitely recommend and hopefully we will come back again. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Once in Mykonos! My boyfriend and I booked the resort style hotel a few months before the season started. This was their second season so newcomer to the Mykonos island. It was seamless process and the hotel messaged prior to arrival to confirm airport transportation (complimentary) and provide restaurant/activity recommendations. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the gate with staff that drove us up (it is on hill) to reception. We we're greet with cocktails and snacks and handled all paperwork there. Although check in was at 4pm, our room was available 2pm. Throughout our stay the staff was super attentive, helpful, and so kind. The buffet breakfast had so many options and everything was freshly prepared and the perfect meal to start our day (the host also remembered our coffee orders, I love the little attention to details.. Poolside they offered a food menu and cocktail list (the Greek salad chicken/sushi rolls are a must). We came back mid day from a boat tour and the kitchen had left us the cutest pick me up dessert. I do have to point of the restaurant down the hill from the hotel La Cantine du Faubourg (not apart of the hotel)! The best food we had the entire trip and the shisha was top notch. I can't recommend it enough, and bonus its a golf car ride down the hill. They had a live DJ and the staff was just as attentive as those within the hotel The property is breathtaking (see my pictures), nothing out of place. For me it was the perfect location to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the island and it allowed use to truly appreciate the beauty. I came home and recommended it to everyone.

Wow what a fantastic hotel from its contemporary design to its amazing staff that go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Nothing is to much trouble and I can honestly say I have not experienced service like this anywhere else in Greece and indeed anywhere else in the world. Rooms are light and spacious with a good size balcony. Large comfortable beds and the quietest air conditioning unit ever. Rooms are cleaned daily and are supplied with Jo Malone products (which I loved) which are replenished daily. in the room is a basket of supplies from toothbrushes to Shavers etc so you really do not need to bring much with you. Slippers and robes are also supplied. There is also a turn down service which we got 3 out of the 7 nights we stayed (not sure why this stopped) but to be fair we didn’t need it but was a nice touch. Little gifts were sent to our room most days (such as little cakes etc ) which was a lovely touch. A large complimentary bottle of water is supplied every day and there is a coffee machine and a kettle and tea and coffee is replenished daily. There is a minibar which is payable locally. There is a large television however there is not much choice of English channels but we bought our fire stick so was not a problem. Some of the rooms have their own pool but all rooms look out onto the beautiful bay of Ornos. This hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The pool area has the most comfiest sun beds and a good size pool. There are anchored sun beds in the pool and also 2 beds that float around the pool. Everyday you are provided with a complimentary large bottle of water with a bucket of ice and later on a piece of fruit and a refreshing face towel. Again the attentive staff are on hand to bring you drinks from the bar and food if you order it. Breakfast is mainly buffet style but the chef cooks excellent omelettes to order. There is an excellent choice of food available and it is beautifully presented. The fresh orange they serve everyday is amazing and a good range of tea and coffee. We didn’t use the restaurant but I am sure the food would be of the highest quality. The hotel is up a hill but they have a golf cart service that can drop you off at the bottom and bring you back again. There are also steps if you prefer to walk. This is a five star hotel with five star service. If we could give it six stars we would. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property is a lovely location overlooking the cove, incredible pool (with daily snacks!), awesome breakfast and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!

Amazing beautiful resort, excellent views , spotless and clean, comfy sun beds , beautiful rooftop pool. Breakfast was excellent , great choices, fresh juices. The restaurant offered lovely menu and cooked to perfection. Staff all so helpful and friendly We had a room with a private pool, so worth it , room was spacious, massive double shower , comfortable bed and pillows. Less than 5 minute walk to beach with a variety of places to eat. Local bus to old town , takes about 20 mins costing €1.80. Don’t hesitate to book
