All are very good, everything is very good. Not far from the seaside and the Royal Palace. The seaside scenery and the environment are very Arabian. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience is that the hotel WIFi is very bad, intermittent, and there may be more people. In addition, it is not bad. #128077;

I like this hotel. Clean, bright, has a restaurant and a 24 hour fitness room. It’s closer to the airport than the city so you’ll send more for taxi but all in all quite nice and I’ll recommend it.

This is nothing short of an amazing hotel and definitely worth five stars. The room was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view over the pool area and ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you'd need, including a combined shower and bathtub. There was also sufficient storage space and a built-in safe that easily fitted my 15” laptop. The breakfast buffet was awesome. A huge variety of delicious food items, eggs cooked to order, fresh juices, different types of fresh bread, all sorts of hot items, cereals, and freshly grounded speciality coffees. Plus more! It was also a true treat to sit at the poolside, while enjoying this breakfast. It made for a wonderful start of the day. Unlike many other hotels, the in-house restaurants were really good too. We tried the Italian restaurant and the Duke pub/restaurant. It was really nice to sit outside, overlooking the bay and to see the sun setting. The location of the hotel makes for breathtaking views. It is on a cliff at the end of a bay, overlooking the bay and the city of Muscat. The one thing I want to point out is that there is nothing else nearby. The hotel is in a residential area and if you'd like to go to a different restaurant, you'd need to take a taxi. Not a big deal and the hotel provides about everything you'd need, but it is something to keep in mind. Last, but certainly not least, the staff at this hotel was so super friendly and helpful. They really know what hospitality means! This is also across the board. From the reception, to the house keeping, and the breakfast staff. As well as the restaurant staff. A special recognition goes to Deepika at the front desk. She clearly remembered we'd asked something about the Duke bar and the next day she gave me an update. She was also very helpful when I had to handle some documents. A great example of excellent customer service.

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat. I am very regular guest in your hotel. Amazing facilities and all the staff is also very king and helpful. I will like to special thanks to Janhavi and Amjad from reception for their great service. Pool is very nice and gym is also nice. Will see the staff soon again

I loved this place!!! Food, shisha, taxis everywhere within distance. Hotel staff really nice. There is a swimming pool and spa available too. The only problem was that the breakfast buffet is terrible. They need to make it a lot better! Probably the worst breakfast I’ve seen in hotels that I have visited

very good! The most satisfying hotel in Muscat. Newly opened, very clean, very spacious, almost 100 square meters in size. The most important thing is that the kitchen and laundry room are very practical, allowing us to make and eat dumplings during the winter solstice. The facilities are very complete. The only thing that can be improved is that I hope that the dishwasher cleaning blocks can be provided in time next time. Recommended to stay a few more days!

Personally, I think the hotel I like the most during this trip to the Middle East is 20 minutes’ drive from the downtown area of Oman. The hotel can help you book trips to the sea to watch dolphins and snorkeling, etc. It is also very comfortable to stay in the hotel. Compared with the United Arab Emirates, I like Oman the most! Sea blue, few people, clean. Will come here again in the future!
