Our first time at touchstone and it will not be our last! Stayed in a beach house and it was absolutely beautiful with beautiful view of the sunrise. I loved that we have access to hot tub, sauna and steam room.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, it could have been slightly cleaner in the living area. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend. The spa staff were wonderful.

I read some of the negative reviews befor our stay an dobviously had some conecrns about what we may be walking into. I have to say that everything so far has been amazing! I could not think of a better place to stay during this week that we are here. It is a home away from home and we will be back. I would HIGHLY recommend that you stay here at any time of the year if you are planning on being in this area.

Property was brand new nothing to complain about !!
The Bed extremely comfortable as well.
The personalized BBQ was amazing and we did some steaks right on our deck!!

Check in was very prompt with great service. Unit was better than expected with great view. Overall very quiet. The beach area could be difficult for someone with difficulty walking.

We stayed in Beach House A. The accommodations were truly excellent. Very clean and comfortable. We ate dinner our first night at the Touchstone grill. The meal was very good. They are trying to be a 5 star restaurant but it's the only restaurant on the property and didn't have much choice. If you are traveling with kids, there are no options for dinner. I think if they gear more towards a "Kelsey's" type restaurant they would be more successful. Lastly...The paddle boards and Kayak's need to be replaced. Every paddle board did not have a fin. Any one who paddles knows you aren't going very far without a fin so after about 10 minutes of spinning in place, we returned the boards and took a Kayak. That as well had no rudder but we managed. Overall it was a wonderful 2 nights away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Beautiful resort, excellent dinning, massage therapy, friendly atmosphere, pools are clean and perfect temperature, no overcrowding, however, third floor flight of stairs should be clearly stated. More garbage bags are needed, dish-soap n/a? And queen bed was not firm and the centre of the bed curved in the middle, no support for back. Handheld shower head with more water pressure is needed.
