And transportation is arranged by the hotel if you need to.

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat. The soundproofing was not bad and there are many people staying at low prices for a long time. The room was clean. new. Excellent service. The only drawback is that the meals are too expensive. (It's not too expensive, the hotel standards in Oman are like this. Breakfast is 6 Oman.) It's cheap to eat outside the hotel.
