The faucet in the bathroom leaked in the evening. trip company promised to give us a 50% refund, but the hotel only returned 56.5 dollars. The final result is only 56.5$

Our room was on the 8th floor and smelled like sewage. After calling this first night they flushed the system but it still smelled awful. They did not have another room and refused to refund me the additional 6 days of my reservation. I had to move to a different hotel. Very disappointed in their ability to solve the smell or move me to another room.

Very dated! We had room 504 and I can barely walk due to the mattress felt like we fell down inside once you laid down. Everything including the water needs to be replaced! The area it self is nice but this resort needs a face lift! I was told every residence is privately owned so it’s time for the owners to upgrade and the cleaners need to do better as well

All the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location is perfect and the ocean views amazing!!! This was the second time I stayed here and will definitely be back!

It’s off season, so rates were excellent. We loved this place and would definitely go back. So much ROOM - and TWO bathrooms! My husband and I each had our own sink and toilet. Shared shower. Right on the beach!

Our stay was great. Beds were comfortable but pull out couch was not. View pools were awesome as well as view. My only complaint was with the restaurant. We got 2 appetizers and 2 teas and it was over $40. I knew he didn’t charge us correctly but I didn’t want to be a nag.

It is incredibly unlikely that I would stay here again and, unfortunately, would not recommend a stay here.

Location to ocean is amazing. Room setups are awesome with fantastic views. Showers not hot and hot tub by pool was warm at best. But otherwise terrific!
