We are here now. Reserved 2 rooms to accommodate 4 people, one for 3 adults, the other for 1 adult. They brought us a roll away bed for the 3rd adult and when I asked the front desk, they said they had no rooms to accommodate 3 adults with 3 proper beds. (Then why offer it as an option?). We were offered to move to a larger room, for the larger price, but would still only get the roll away bed for the 3rd adult. Accommodations…..incredibly dissatisfied. Especially for a 5 star hotel. We were ignored, not exaggerating, when we pulled up with our vehicle. While trying to parallel park to unload, 2 employees stood joking around. A colleague stopped what he was doing, interrupted them, and all but got in their face to tell them to help us! At this point I was pissed! And mind you, i was outside of the car and they had no idea i was with the car……so i was witness to it all. They were kissing the feet of the others (who were not wearing sweat pants) and legitimately IGNORED us. I was PISSED. Not because I’m stuck on myself, but because it’s so true. If you don’t LOOK a certain way, especially at this 5 star hotel, YOU WILL BE IGNORED. Don’t hate on me for my honest review. Just know that if TRUE luxury is what you’re seeking, no matter what you look like or what you drive, you may have better luck down the road. It’s not here. Best of luck and let’s hope I’m one of the few who has had to experience this.

So kommt keine Privatsphäre zustande.

Stayed here over a week and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Staff - Probably the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I've ever come across. The were always very accommodating whenever I asked for anything. Even the cleaning staff would greet me whenever I'd see them. Room - Modern, clean rooms. Bed was comfortable, pillows and linens fluffy. Desk space perfect for using your laptop. Radiator for heating. There is no air conditioning, but it wasn't hot when I was there, so that was never an issue. There was also a small refrigerator. Bathroom - Again, modern and clean. Only a shower, no bathtub. The only complaint I would have is the toilet paper felt a little like sandpaper, but not a major issue. Location - Very quiet, seemingly most residential neighbourhood, but still walkable to the main sights in Altstadt. Marienplatz was about a 15 minute walk, Karlzplatz another 15 on top of that. The Eisbach surfing and English Gardens were just a block or two away. Also very close to the Residenz. There is also a small grocery store nearby, as well as a few restaurants (including a good Vietnamese restaurant right next door). Other - The hotel does have an underground parking garage. It is very small and quite pricey, at 25 euros per day. There is also parking around the hotel for cheaper, but it can get busy too. There is an elevator, which was helpful for taking luggage to the upper floors. Bonus - If you don't require daily housekeeping, you get a free drink.

First, this hotel is not a Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt. It is a ”boutique” hotel that has great rooms, great bedding, nice finishes, and easy in / out. It is about a 8 minute walk from the city center. It is also close to a number of tech companies within 5 minutes walk. Loved this hotel and the daily service and look forward to staying again!

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean, because the unscrupulous agent made a malicious mistake in the room, which caused us to delay a lot of time. Fortunately, the help of the front desk and the solution of overseas customer service, we had a pleasant experience afterward.

I chose the hotel in Munich and I decided to make this. When you look up from the subway station, you can see the door of the hotel. Although the door is not big, you can see that there is no wrong choice when you push the door. The suite is a style I personally like, and it is the ideal European hotel. The hotel’s small garden is also a different kind of exquisite. It is very convenient to go out, there are subways and trams at the door. Even if there is no problem walking, it will take more than ten minutes to go to Marianne Square. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning (it seems to have an air conditioning panel but it can't be opened, but the fan is enough, not hot) and the refrigerator.

This hotel can have breakfast and it is very good. The transportation is very convenient. You can reach the commercial street. Go out for five minutes is a street such as Gucci and other luxury brands. It takes ten minutes to walk. The Royal Beer House is where you eat crispy elbows.

The atmosphere is great, the staff very friendly, you feel welcome immediately! The rooms are beautiful and both the breakfast buffet and the evening card are extremely delicious. I will surely come back!
