Like other comments, I am just extending my stay. There were problems during the early check-in. The hotel management must be improved. The service attitude of the evening front desk needs to be improved. The heavy snowstorm cannot be used as an excuse.

Compared to Sheraton in Changsha (China), the differences are striking.

The bed sheets are changed on demand for the sake of the environment. The elevator is really slow, really slow, and may occasionally malfunction. The location is okay, quite close to the subway The surrounding area is also relatively quiet

5 minutes away from the subway station, travel is convenient, and public transportation in Germany is well developed.

This hotel is outrageous. I stayed in a suite on the 21st floor for 2 days. Because the front desk made a mistake in making the card, I was locked in the corridor 4 times. I couldn't open the glass door of the corridor and couldn't go back to the room. I encountered this problem 4 times in 2 days and it was fixed. Solution: It’s outrageous to waste an hour every day going back to your room. 2. The attitude of the front desk was also very bad. He taught the guests how to swipe their credit card, but he didn't want to know that the problem was with his own door. He said "help me solve the problem" and told me not to worry, so I laughed. I am a guest, and it is your job to solve the problem. You have locked us in 4 times, wasting us an hour every day, even though we have a fever but we cannot enter the room to rest, and you still ask to help me, where does this arrogant attitude come from. Later, more and more customers complained on the 21st floor, and we found out that we were not the only ones being locked up, so we finally found out to turn off the glass door lock first. It’s been a long time since I’ve written such a long negative review, and I won’t stay here again next time.
