Located right opposite Messe. Good breakfast selection. Room are abit small in size.

The breakfast of this hotel is quite rich. Unlike other German hotels, which only have bread, they have vegetables and sausages, which are more suitable for Chinese tastes. The environment is quite good. There are large supermarkets and restaurants around. There are many snacks near the supermarket. There is a small lake next to it. The environment is quite beautiful and cozy at night. There is a subway station nearby, which is convenient to go to the main train station and other places. It is a recommended hotel. There is also a small playground for children nearby, where you can take your children to play.

Unfortunately, this stay was not very positive for us. To start with, the room was disappointing, 201 between a number of service areas. The sink was broken and the cracks looked like dirty hair, not really attractive. We stayed here for 3 nights and on day 1 the hygiene bags were gone, these were not replenished until our departure. On day 2 we left the key card in the holder. When he returned it was gone. Inquiries at the reception yielded nothing, but we did receive a new card without any problems. The idea that someone has our card and could be in our room all day just doesn't feel right The staff are not friendly and approachable, very unfortunate and not what you expect in a hotel Often things run out at breakfast, coffee machines that need to be refilled, not enough staff??

Excellent service. A little far from the center, but it has 2 bus stops and one Subway stop nearby. We loved it.

We booked a family room and as a family with two children we were given two rooms. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired in one room. Even after the complaint and rework, it was only partially better. Also the window could not be opened. We have also complained. But the error was not fixed during the stay. Not even after multiple requests. The breakfast is really simple for the price. I expect at least one Weißwurst breakfast in Munich. But the location was great. But there are also a lot of other hotels nearby. So I would not book this again.

Service was very good. Location great! And good breakfast. Family of 4 in a sound room. Well taken care of. We were here as a stopover on our trip to Croatia.
