Three weeks business trip in India, five-star stayed at Samsung Hotel. This one is bad. Breakfast, all Indian hotels are poor, and this one is no exception. Mainly the hygiene is too bad! !! The stench in the elevator and the corridor! !! The floor in the room seemed to have a layer of dirt and was not smooth. The bathroom ceiling turned out to be plasterboard! !! The beds were not dry. The walls of the corridor and the room were stained! This platform is absolutely irresponsible! Definitely not recommended!

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The staff welcomes you in the most respectful way, always smiling. The rooms are super modern, luxurious and chique. Special thanks to the head chef Vaibhav in the restaurant, Vidit at the bar in the lobby and Jatin Singh for arranging everything for the whole family. Hope to see you again team Taj the Trees!

On arrival we had doubts about the location - it looked a bit run down. But very quickly we recognised that Mumbai is just crazy and busy and a sensory overload experience. The location was part of the charm. You came out of the hotel to all the Mumbai hustle and bustle. It was a surreal experience! The room was clean and pleasant and had all we needed with good effective air conditioning. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was basic but it did the trick. This hotel is not a luxury hotel but it is relative value for money and sits quite central on the Mumbai peninsula and only about 30 mins from the airport. It was a great launch pad for our tourism and it was great that ubers, taxis and tuk tuks are so cheap. You could get anywhere in Mumbai for a few pounds. So not the luxury hotel experience but it is worth the visit. We were not disappointed.

I booked a standard room for two directly on hotel website. I doubt the room they gave me was of a hotel clerk/worker and the size was like a matchbox, bed linens were stinking like hell. They didn't change linens and floor mats until I informed them. Room light was to dimmed. AC was not working properly. The it comes to bathroom. Visibility was a challenge because of low light. Sanitary pot frame was broken and nobody even checked it before giving the room. Didn't get hot water in bathroom because solar system was not working. When I asked for one extra tea sachet, they denied. absolutely ridiculous experience.
