There is something for everyone at this hotel. The entertainment staff and the staff throughout are very friendly and cheerful. I spent 10 days at the hotel the food and activities excellent. If you love sports this the hotel for you There's a lot of areas for you to sit in sun and enjoy the peaceful. We celebrated two birthdays at Delfino and it felt like we spent it with family. Staff are brilliant.

Just home from a week here and wish I could go straight back! The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff cannot do enough for you and are all so friendly, especially the animation team. Service with a smile from everyone from the cleaners to the hotel manager. The spa is wonderful and will do you a great deal on treatments! We had a great trip quadbiking too. The heated outdoor pool was like bath and was an absolute pleasure to swim in. We couldn't fault the place. Superb holiday!

What a lovely resort to spend some time at. Great facilities and beach front. Our room was great with a large bathroom. The place was absolutely spotless and the staff very helpful and polite. We are all inclusive and the choice of food at all times really good… so we spoilt ourselves. Definitely stay there again as we were made very welcome.

Excellent, clean, spacious rooms after a recent refurbishment. Gigantic showers!!! Great balcony - sea views available. Very clean throughout. Lovely gardens with 3 pools of which one is heated in the off season. Plenty of sun beds. Excellent food for all-inclusive, lots of variety. Super friendly, helpful and considerate staff. Proactive in all that they did and always with a smile. Service was excellent. Lovely beach with turquoise sea. We didn’t have children (hurrah!) but it looked like there was plenty of things to do. Lots of tennis players visiting and returning visitors year on year. A special mention to Mimo and Chicho who entertained us royally with karaoke, bingo, dancing and cabaret. A great place for a range of visitors from couples to families to sporting groups and friends on tour!!! We have already started looking at deals for next year. Sara, Jo, Sam and Rosie

The weather was not with us - very windy and grey skies- but the children were full of enthusiasm due to all the nice staff and the fantastic kids club! They spent many mornings and afternoons with painting, making paper creations and playing. The animatrice was wonderful and the youngest daughter was crying when we left. The location is beautiful, all very friendly, the food great and the Spa with Sauna and massage is really super. We highly recommend this hotel!

I was a little worried after hearing negative views on this hotel, and even being the last people dropped off driving through areas of deprivation, how ever this hotel was wonderful! The room we had in block 3 was wonderful I was really hoping for a sea view but we were not disappointed with the garden view. The room has been modernised, a huge bed excellent water pressure and was cleaned daily. Our cleaners were wonderful. The pool and beach were spotless, the sea was lovely and warm and our day’s relaxing were wonderful. We stayed 10 days and really enjoyed the food. I would say brits were in the minority, and there were many other nationalities there, Tunisians, Europeans. And I feel the food was very well catered for, always a grill choice and one night we had an amazing black and white themed evening with delicious sushi! There are plenty of activities yoga water sports beach volley and the guys and girls provided entertainment on an evening which was varied. We did a couple of trips from the hotel which were not my cup of tea really, camel ride and pirate ship (good for kids) but not for us. There was a little market that came to the hotel. We didn’t venture to hammamet or neubul because we just wanted down time. We had a hammam and massage which was lovely in the hotel and I would definitely recommend. The only thing was on the last day or two (of 10 days) my daughter had a little bit of hassle being asked out ‘to the beach’ for drinks by some of the guys she had to say No more than once, they couldn’t understand her decline… I’m sure they were just being friendly, but she really wasn’t interested. There is a cash point round the corner of the hotel, but there isn’t much nearby for evening strolls but there is plenty to do on site. I would get cash from the airport next time, it’s nice to give the staff tips. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. We had a wonderful time!

The drive from the airport was 2hrs and not 45mins like advertised. The entertainment was the main disappointment; we found ourselves in bed by 11pm most nights as there was nothing to do/see. There is also nothing around the hotel. Staff were very nice and friendly, rooms were kept clean. Since we arrived towards the end of the season, we were upgraded to a bigger room with a sea view at no extra cost! It was a lovely gesture. Food was decent but very repetitive, you find yourself eating the same thing by day 3. the flies1 Plenty of flies! So don't eat outside. Drinks were nice and STRONG! We paid just over £700 pp for a week so beggars cant be choosers! It was very decent for this price! However, in season this place is more expensive and I'm not too sure if its worth it...

This was my fifth time in Tunisia and my first to this hotel. As with all hotels I've stayed in Tunisia the staff and Tunisian people are friendly and very helpful and this hotel is the same great staff! I stayed in the main building of the hotel which suited me as I felt safe being in the main building and above reception. The room was not one of the refurbished ones but it was big and spacious, with plenty of storage, a huge bathroom, and a fridge that worked !!! Even had a freezer section. The air conditioning worked and I had a nice view over the quiet pool. The bars and pool areas are clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach has plenty of beds and the bar on the beach was great. You do need to watch your step when walking on the beach as stones work their way to the surface. The all-inclusive drinks were good and it was nice to be able to get a drink after midnight - people seemed to really enjoy the cocktails (not for me too sweet). All the above are great - the things that could be improved on. Food - of the four other hotels I've stayed including The Phenica (same owner as Delfino) this was my least favorite. The temperature needs to improve with the food, it would benefit from more themed nights so that there is always something different. The beach food was pretty poor - would be great to see a showcase BBQ with things like kebabs etc.. The a la carte was also pretty disappointing. Being able to find something to eat after the restaurants close is a good idea - it wouldn't take much to improve this. Bread, butter, meats, cheese, salad, and some dressings would make this much more appetizing and wouldn't require much change. All in all, I enjoyed my holiday and would return. I'd do things differently like getting in the restaurants early so the food is hot. One other thing this hotel is nearer to Nabuel than Hammamet so it's near the end for drop-offs - and don't be afraid to get a taxi into Nabuel or Hammamet - do your research so you know what to expect and the prices to pay.

Well do I start.. my daughters get a refurbished room which twice had some leaking through air con in 2 weeks time . We changed our room after 1 night because you could smell just damp in sea view bungalow. The new room had a better view but needs refurbished. The cleaners are good although they can't speak English. Mostly we spent time near adults pool although very often you could see kids there. The entertainment was not bad but they don't inform you about it near the adult swimming pool so you have to go and find out by yourself when and where is happening. The shops in the hotel resort too expensive even poor quality but once a week there's mini Market, with 4 or 5 stalls that's worth to check. Also there's older local man making handbags, amazing . We bought few bags from him. The food is OK, nothing special but they try their best. Although Tunisian food is spicy. There are lots of homeless cats, begging for food when you sit on the terrace. The hotel has private beach with lots of sunbeds, they added lots of them while we were there so little crowded in my opinion. We did go to Hammamet but we didn't feel safe with 2 young girls with us when it seems to be normal for local men to not accept a no for an answer. It was my birthday also, we mention that while booking a holiday but nothing happened that day from the hotel staff. The bar manager Mahammed asked about tips and other bar staff sent me a friend request on social media even I didn't introduce myself, when I mentioned about it to reception they asked me to delete that request. We will never come back
