I was a little worried after hearing negative views on this hotel, and even being the last people dropped off driving through areas of deprivation, how ever this hotel was wonderful! The room we had in block 3 was wonderful I was really hoping for a sea view but we were not disappointed with the garden view. The room has been modernised, a huge bed excellent water pressure and was cleaned daily. Our cleaners were wonderful. The pool and beach were spotless, the sea was lovely and warm and our day’s relaxing were wonderful. We stayed 10 days and really enjoyed the food. I would say brits were in the minority, and there were many other nationalities there, Tunisians, Europeans. And I feel the food was very well catered for, always a grill choice and one night we had an amazing black and white themed evening with delicious sushi! There are plenty of activities yoga water sports beach volley and the guys and girls provided entertainment on an evening which was varied. We did a couple of trips from the hotel which were not my cup of tea really, camel ride and pirate ship (good for kids) but not for us. There was a little market that came to the hotel. We didn’t venture to hammamet or neubul because we just wanted down time. We had a hammam and massage which was lovely in the hotel and I would definitely recommend. The only thing was on the last day or two (of 10 days) my daughter had a little bit of hassle being asked out ‘to the beach’ for drinks by some of the guys she had to say No more than once, they couldn’t understand her decline… I’m sure they were just being friendly, but she really wasn’t interested. There is a cash point round the corner of the hotel, but there isn’t much nearby for evening strolls but there is plenty to do on site. I would get cash from the airport next time, it’s nice to give the staff tips. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. We had a wonderful time!
