Did not like being ripped off to the tune of $ 100.00 for a so called security deposit . Still waiting for the money to be returned 8 days later.very frustrating when there is no person at reception when you check out next morning to try and get your deposit back

Hehe, how much money did you make for the owner of this ** family hotel? Every morning at 10 o'clock, I force the guests to check out, and tell the cleaning staff to continue their stay, but they threaten, that's good, the customer eats soft and not hard. I will give you a bad review of this store on google map! As a threat to sanction your hotel staff.

Original interaction with the Receptionist was fantastic but on arrival (within office hours) found reception door locked, had to phone to advise arrival. Bed very comfortable and warm. Staff very friendly but, no bowls, plates or knives. Extractor in bathroom did not work. A little attention to basin and dust was needed.
