It is a great place to stay in Okinawa. About 1, 5 hour drive from the Naha Airport. They have free parking and shuttle service between the hotel and the Naha Airport. The room is well-appointed and has a stunning view. Mr Chapay and the service team are excellent in taking care of guests' needs.

We arrived at this Hilton location and a staff member told us that we were in the wrong location immediately. We explained that we have a reservation. A second staff member told me that my reservation was not paid even though I showed her the paid receipt. While waiting for the staff member to come back I walked into the lobby cafe area and the staff member would not make eye contact with me and didn’t even say hello. The items are written in Japanese with no English translation. The staff member came back and told me over and over again that it would be a few more minutes. Other people checked in while we sat there feeling ostracized and humiliated. The staff member then told me that takeout food is not available even though it states on their website that it is available. After waiting for almost an hour and a half, we realized that we weren’t welcomed there and we asked for our luggage and drove home. Narisha (front desk staff) told me that we would be given a full refund and that the manager would call me to discuss. It’s now been five hours since we returned home and no one has contacted me. I also checked my account and they charged me $725.36. My family and I feel humiliated and embarrassed and stressed. If they don’t want Americans at this Hilton location then they should say that when we make a reservation. I am disappointed and very embarrassed.

The facility itself was very clean and I was very satisfied, but I was given a receipt with the deposit money deducted from the breakfast and dinner, even though I paid for them at the Hilton in a separate building. When I told them that I paid for both on-site, I was made to wait about 15 minutes and they brought me another receipt. However, I had received a receipt for dinner, so it seems that they were able to confirm it, but I happened to not have a receipt for breakfast, so perhaps because of that, they said, "Breakfast was not paid, so..." and brought me a receipt with the breakfast amount deducted. When I said that I was sure I had paid for both, I was made to wait about 15 minutes again, and they said that they had confirmed it, and returned my 20,000 yen deposit. I wondered if the data was on the computer, so it was impossible to confirm it so quickly. If that's the case, I thought it would be better to instruct customers to give receipts for when they definitely ate. The staff member said, "I understand if you tell me you don't need a receipt!", so I assumed that they could confirm it on the computer, and ended up waiting more than 30 minutes to check out. It's my fault for not getting a copy though... Also, when I handed over my card key at the reception upon checking in, I wasn't told that I had to hold the card over the elevator before pressing the button for the floor number. It's embarrassing to say, but I'd never stayed in such nice hotels before, so I didn't know how to use it, and only found out when I saw other guests doing it. I wish they hadn't assumed that everyone knew how to use it. When they were explaining the hotel to me, they also mentioned the Hilton members program three times, even though I had declined, and they kept insisting, "After all, it's definitely more advantageous to become a member!!" which I found quite persistent. The facility itself was very clean and I'd like to stay here again, so it was good, but I was a little disappointed with the attitude of the staff who helped me and their lack of explanation....

I felt that this was the worst Hilton Vacation Club hotel I have ever stayed at. Is it because of the location close to the Churaumi Aquarium that the occupancy rate is high without any effort? It seems that the staff training is not done properly. I have stayed in mainland America and Hawaii, so it may be pointless to compare, but the staff never smiled, and where is the concierge? It is a resort hotel, right? Nightwear was not replenished, dishes were left in the dishwasher, everything felt sloppy. To be honest, it was a disappointing hotel. It is a bit far to walk to the beach.

The best way to enjoy this hotel is to relax in the hotel. It doesn't have to be Okinawa, but it's best to make the most of the kitchen. There are no condiments in the room. I wanted to participate in yoga early in the morning, but I was too sleepy. LOL I feel refreshed. Next time, I'll definitely participate in yoga. The sunset is so beautiful. You can't see a sunset anywhere, it's so beautiful. The fireworks are bigger than you can imagine!! It's so beautiful, it's a wonderful 3 minutes. I definitely want you to see it.
