The hotel is in a very good location, just about 400 to 500 meters from Exit 1 of Belarus Metro Station on Line 2. Commuting is very convenient. The hotel decoration style is modern and the facilities are very new. The hotel provides: toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, disposable shower cap, disposable razor, small soap, hair dryer. As for the bedding, except for the pillows which are too soft, everything else is pretty good. The room is actually a bit small, but it's enough for one person, but it can't be stretched out! There are disposable slippers and a safe in the cabinet. If you don't worry about taking valuables with you, you can put them in the safe. There are 2 bottles of mineral water every day. One day, the waiter probably forgot and called the front desk. The lady at the front desk brought 4 bottles directly 😂 This service cannot be said enough! Breakfast is delicious, but the content is basically the same every day. The Chinese stomach says it gets tired of eating it after two days. How did I insist on eating it for 14 days😂 Overall, the hotel is pretty good.

The room is small and very crowded. The advantage is that the decoration is very new, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the location is close. It is a five-minute walk from Exit 1 of Line 5.

The hotel facilities are very new and the location is easy to find. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around. Cleaned every day. But the service quality at the front desk is really average. I asked him to help me check online for train tickets to the small town of Sergeiev the next day. They couldn't find it. And so on.

Отель очень уютный, свежий ремонт, качественная отделка. Очень чисто, вкусные завтраки, кофе тоже лично приличный. В целом очень приятное впечатление, однозначно рекомендую.

Расположение очень удобное. Чистые номера. Что спорно: раковина не отделена от спальни, отделения только совмещённый санузел. Это не очень удобно и при путешествии пары один будет будить другого, умываясь. Что очень расстроило и почему я больше не буду здесь останавливаться (это не первое моё размещение здесь): имея оплаченную бронь меня отказались селить по загранпаспорту и ВНЖ в другой стране (по работе живу в Китае). Ссылались на то, что так написано в ваучере. Врали в лицо, в ваучере об этом ни слова. Поэтому тем россиянам с ВНЖ, кто привык путешествовать с загранниками не рекомендую этот отель.

В целом отель неплохой и радует чистота. Персонал отзывчивый, завтрак вкусный
