Decent enough. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the station. However, my room was near the highway, making it a bit noisy.

For such a reasonable price, the room was surprisingly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. All the necessary amenities were provided. While you do have to go to another floor to get water and ice, it's a minor inconvenience easily overlooked given the excellent value for money.

It's cold having to use the washing machine outside. Ideally, a single drum-type all-in-one washer-dryer that completes both washing and drying in one go would be a huge convenience.

The facilities aren't the newest, and being next to an elevated road, there's some traffic noise. However, the delicious breakfast keeps me coming back. On this particular stay, I was disappointed not to see the familiar female staff member who usually works at breakfast.

Close to the train station

There were no non-smoking rooms available, so I stayed in a smoking room. However, I only noticed a slight cigarette smell immediately after entering the room, and it was not noticeable after that. There is also an air purifier. The unit bath seemed small, so I felt cramped when showering and washing my face. Also, since it is located along the highway, the noise of traffic bothered me and I couldn't get a good night's sleep, which was a shame. Other than that, there were no particular issues and I had a pleasant stay. The building looks old, but it was well cleaned.

It was nice that they were close to the station and lent me a freezer.

It's very close to Dainichi Station, and you can get there as soon as you get out. There are Aeon, Don Quijote and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. I booked a random room type and was assigned a smoking room...the smell of smoke was a bit strong.
