The hotel is in a prefect location, close to beach, restaurants, cafes . The apartment has a ocean view. It is spacious. The reception lady was very nice.

We chose this wonderful apartment for a one night stay on our way to Cairns from Brisbane and passed through the Sunshine Coast. The room was very clean and tidy and a good size. We had a very comfortable night here.

The apartment is very nice, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete kitchenware, a washing machine and dryer, free parking, and a terrace.

물루라바비치 및 주변 상점을 편하게 걸어서 이용할수있는 좋은 위치에 있습니다.
식탁 의자가 너무 헤져서 자꾸 눈에 보이고 앉을때 다소 불편했지만 나머지는 전반적으로 무난하고 깔끔한 시설이었습니다.

It is in a good location where you can easily walk to Mooloolaba Beach and nearby shops.
The dining table chairs were too worn, so it was a little uncomfortable to see and sit down, but the rest of the facilities were generally okay and neat.

Hotel is in a great location moments from everything.  Room was basic but very clean and fresh.  I did specifically book (and paid a little extra for) a water view as fancied sitting looking at the sea but on arrival found room although was on a higher floor was a hinterland view side.  Casually mentioned it to reception but was told the higher floors are classed as water views even if they are on hinterland side as you can see the sea if you look round.  True, if I hung over the balcony I did get a very slight glimpse of the sea!  However view was still fairly nice and as I was only staying 1 night I didn’t make a fuss and accepted it.  Carpark as people have noted very tight and saw a 4X4 get stuck getting round one of the corners on my way out.  Apart from those items stay was nice and I would consider a stay again for the convenience (albeit being more specific if I wanted a water view that I’d paid for).

My husband and I are Very very satisfied the appartments where very clean nice and bright very clean   close to Amenities and very comfortable bed nice to have everything working not broken car parking and very polite front office lots of security

My husband, two friends and myself booked the two bedroom apartment at this hotel and I specifically asked if the unit was fully air-conditioned.  The lady told me that it was.  When we got into the apartment, ONLY THE MAIN ROOM AND LOUNGE WERE AIRCONDITIONED.  Very angry that the person who I was dealing with did not say ”only one bedroom is air-conditioned”.  I can assure you, I would not have stayed there.  When I complained to reception that the second bedroom was not air-conditioned after I was told that the unit was ”fully airconditioned”, she said that it ”was my interpretation of fully air-conditioned”.  Now I was even angrier.  Reception later called and did tell us that we could get a full refund if we found another hotel.  It was now nearly 4pm, we were so tired, we just gave up.  My husband and I stayed in the second bedroom with no air-conditioning and IT WAS HOT!!  I will never stay in Direct Hotel accommodation again.      Can I also say that the plates were dirty.  We picked up four plates to wash before we ate (as I don't believe the cleaners actually clean anything), and there was hair on the fifth plate!  (We have photos) .    I suggest you be careful when booking at this hotel - their sales people do not tell the whole story.  Very, very disappointed.
