Our room was reasonably priced and recently updated, clean and practical. The location was very close to restaurants and public transport. But the breakfast room was lacking, though - no windows, a big TV (at breakfast?!?) and paper plates, and not well stocked with essentials (missing milk and tea) at 8:00.

Location was excellent for sightseeing. Breakfast had a great selection to choose from. Bed was comfortable & towels were soft. Staff were polite & accommodating. Elen at the front desk was very helpful & knowledgeable.

Very conveniently located. Excellent value for the money. Room was cozy but very functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Only a few comments. Noise did travel, walls must be a little thin. Didn't bother me but could for some. Fitness center was a little sparse if that's a feature your after. Overall excellent though, would totally stay here again

If you are looking for curb appeal, this isnt your hotel. However, if you are looking for an immaculate room, friendly and helpful staff, and proximity to the metro hub and walkability to fantastic dinners, this is the place for you! Not to mention they have free parking and breakfast is included...

The facility and services exceeded my expectations. We were very satisfied with all the employees. We chose the area so the safety outside was less of concern than inside the hotel. Not once, but twice, a sketchy man was harrassing customers and pulled the fire alarm during the middle of the night. The staff handled it well, but it should not have been an issue to begin with. Overall very happy with the room itself.

Very good place for accommodation , easy access to downtown and shops

I really liked the receptionists. They were nice and provided amenities as requested. However, everyone in the hotel was woken up by the emergency alarm twice due to what I heard was an unauthorized stranger going down from reception to the first floor and pulling the fire alarm. The first time was around 4 or 5am and it disrupted my sleep. The second time was closer to midnight and disturbed my peace while eating. It also required lots of time to wait for firefighters to arrive and turn off the alarm. The hotel should add an extra key card to prevent stair entry/elevator usage unless you are staying at this hotel to prevent this from happening or at least prevent the culprit from getting away with it.
