via a smartbox. terrible experience, worst restaurant ever, no communication from the hotel to explain there were no restaurant. breakfast is more than mediocre we were sent to a terrible restaurant instant of a gastronomic restaurant planned in our box!

I did not have the room with the balcony that i reserved a month and half earlier, balcony essential to my health problems. Not even warned. There is a selection of customers and it is unacceptable. I will not come back

The hotel and the restaurant are an absolute jewel. From the welcoming to the goodbye, everythint was eccellent and very friendly. Absolutely, a great stay!

Disappointed with the service and quality offered by this 4 star hotel. Worth a 3 star. Cold staff and impersonal welcome. Low quality breakfast with very little choice. Small work to be planned in the rooms. Bad smell from the toilets.

Nous avons réservé une chambre de luxe. Elle était spacieuse et propre. Jolie salle de bains. Un peu trop juste en gel douche et pas de shampoing. Bouteilles d'eau offertes, des bonbons sur la table de nuit et une jolie boite de petits gâteaux. Nous avons apprécié ces gestes. Dans la chambre, un frigo et un coffre-fort. Très calme. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Un peu déçus par la qualité du jambon blanc. Mais les cakes, pudding, cookies... faits maison étaient top !! Le personnel est très aimable. Parking réservé à l'hôtel. Le restaurant était fermé. Dommage. Je pense que nous y aurions pris un bon diner.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ou nous avons été accueilli par une personne charmante et attentionnée. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et semble avoir été refaite récemment. Malheureusement le restaurant était fermé. Dommage cela sera pour la prochaine fois.

partie commune des étages un peu vieillot. Déçue de la suppression du restaurant pour lequel nous n'avons pas été informé lors de la réservation et étonnée que l'on nous fasse payer le parking 15 € par jours. Nous sommes restées 5 jours.
