Very cost-effective hotel apar**ent, supermarket is very close, you can cook your own meals.

Reservation already paid for 2 months when booking but when paying for the tourist taxes the person adds the price of the room I tell her that I have already paid she tells me no you had not paid yet I tell her no I was already charged the day of my reservation she told me well we will see that tomorrow morning I tell her no if tomorrow morning you ask me to repay what do I do she says well I will see with my manager because on the computer it's not very clear she gives me my card to go to my room and I never heard of her imagine you if I hadn't insisted I was going to pay a 2nd time.

The hotel is relatively new, the air conditioner is Daikin, and there is a Carrefour supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. However, the tableware in the room is a little worse and there are no scissors. There is a fee to change towels and bath towels, 5 euros per day, and the parking garage needs to be reserved in advance.

Place is nice, staff are helpful and kind, the only thing is that it is a bit of a walk to the city centre but the train is near by so that is helpful. Great place for families and people who are staying for longer due to the facilities (kitchen)

Nothing fantastic but it does the job. We rented a so called “studio” which was quite small but had an oversized balcony terrace. Unfortunately the terrace overlooked a busy and noisy street so we couldn’t really enjoy it. Bedding is average and other amenities are basic: kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning is a bit noisy and doesn’t cool much, Other than that, the staff is friendly.

This is a really comfortable hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and fresh. The location enough good close everything. The bed insure about the good sleeping. Easy to shower in the big shower cab. The clime gave enough cool.

The meeting I attended in Montpellier was held at the city hall, Hotel de Ville, which is an impressive, vast, modern bulk in a booming concrete district south of the centre. Three minutes walk away is the Adagio Aparthotel, which is also close to tramways and therefore easily accessible from the city centre. I was very satisfied with the accommodation in a clean and well-equipped mini-apartment with fridge, cooker and a small dining table. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of shelves and cupboards as well as good lighting. However, a comfy chair to relax in would have been welcome. There's a lounge area on the ground floor where a good breakfast (including eggs, croissant and fresh fruit) is served. Although it is built and decorated in a slightly soulless style the Adagio was more than adequate for my two night stay.

Really disappointed with the customer service and their 0 empathy. We were really looking forward visiting Montpellier so we booked and payed the hotel onfront. When we were on our way, my wife pregnant of more than 7 months started to feel really bad, so we had to go back home. We automatically contacted the hotel to explain them the difficult situation and ask them if they could find a solution (as a voucher to come and stay in the future)... But they said NO! We tried to explain it again, as it was really an exceptional situation that of course we didn't choose and didn't know that this would happen but their reply was... No!! and that they recommend us that next time we consider purchasing the flexible option. So, yes, next time we will definitely choose the flexible reservation option, but for all those people who you are considering booking a room in this place, I would definitely recommend you to choose any of the other hotels which will probably be hundreds of times more empathetic on such a difficult situation. Clean, very reasonable pricing

Problem with the bed which was in fact a sofa with a super thick mattress hence the abnormal height. We were not informed that we could fold it to have more space in the room, it was in the middle of our stay that we saw this. In addition, there was no fitted sheet, only a normal sheet and a very uncomfortable mattress protector. Difficulty accessing the parking lot. We were hoping for more comfort, especially for a week's stay - dirty windows with cobwebs... at the elevator level the cards were malfunctioning and they changed them twice. Also uncomfortable high chairs. Sorry but we are still a little disappointed with this establishment.

Very good team on site. On the other hand, the air conditioning is stuck at 24°C!! Knowing that we consider it a heatwave when it is 25°C at night... Impossible to change the temperature, the team offers a fan to withstand the heat... Aberrant! Windows open = mosquitoes = good luck sleeping!
