Super 8 by Wyndham Monticello AR

Even though the hotel is older they made me and my kids feel at home. They had a huge Easter egg hunt with big prizes and candy for all the hotel guests and there kids and even some parents got involved. They are fixing up the place we noticed when we stayed . Saw several employees outside doing caries yard work and cleanup. Fresh coffee at there continental breakfast . The owner VJ and his wife were happy to provide things that were not provided in our double bedsesbroom like shaving cream and toothbrushes. While our room was a bit dated it has new carpeting and. Paint and smell fresh. I have a grand daughter as well for our trip and they got me a playpen and crib so I could get some things done.

The staff was incompetent, dishonest, and rude. A roach crawled across the wall at 2 a.m. The ceiling was peeling and coming apart. The loveseat looked like it had been shredded by a cat. I would never stay at any Super 8 after this experience.

The room was very clean and smelled really nice. My room had a very large television screen that was very nice and worked well. The bed was very comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay.

It’s a fairly good place to stay. Not nearly as noisy as other places I’ve stayed in the past.

It was literally the worst place I have ever stayed. Cigarette burned holes on the bed spreads, stained walls and tainted cigarette smell in the room and through the air system. I tried to spray air fresheners, helped some but not totally. Wanted to leave but money was already spent

It was a great room. The parking lot and drive had pot holes.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, I really didn’t know that was still a thing. But with air fresheners added to the AC it was bearable

The stay was amazing. The room was clean and the hospitality was amazing.

Great location, good breakfast, great parking. Beds were terrible, half the springs were shot, so you either sink and climb to find a decent way to sleep or you spend the night moving around wishing you were anywhere else. Busted hole in the wall by the front door, fridge leaked on the floor, we never used it, rusting bathroom door handle, paint needs redone. Booked a non smoking and was put in a smoking...
