I paid for a room with a view, but when I arrived they said it would be 25 more euros. So, I had to pay more for what I have already paid for. They would not look at my reservation or verify how much I had paid or anything helpful.

This is my first ever review, and my only complaint is I couldn’t give a higher score. This is a very small town, but the hotel is every bit of luxury you would find anywhere. Service as impeccable, restaurant for dinner and breakfast were outstanding, spa was unique and amazing and this is, without exception, the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. We were visiting our college son across the street at the Italian school, this was such a pleasant surprise!

The hotel is in a quiet hamlet near Asolo and Possagno, both a few minutes’ drive away. Our room was too small for three people, and a little too expensive. Breakfast was very good though. As regards the spa, it is subject to charge, which I tend to find a bit annoying when staying at the hotel, and it is again too pricey for the small - if clean and modern - installations (jacuzzi, a small sauna and funky showers). Service was courteous.

It was a relatively pleasant stay, the hotel was very clean and in nice condition. No mold or anything like that, just pure clean. Air was fresh. My ”economy” room was quite small but big enough for sleeping and hanging out a bit in the night. The only few things that upset me and made my stay quite annoying were: - Extremely hard bed. I travel a lot both for vacations and for work, and never had any trouble with a bed. However, this one was so hard I had a hard time falling a sleep. - Very hard and high pillow. Asked for a smaller one, but the one I got was pretty much the same size. Had to take my towel to use as a pillow. - Paper thin wall to the neighbor; could hear him word for word at 7am when he started to speak. Woke up to that (2h before my alarm) and couldn’t sleep. - The breakfast was sub-par, have never seen someone microwave bacon and scrambled eggs. Should be made to order, it’s possible even in small places.

Un ottimo hotel, ci siamo sentiti coccolati durante l’intero soggiorno. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, sia per la gentilezza dei camerieri che per la qualità del piatto ed il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Molto accogliente, personale meraviglioso, gentile e cordiale. Il centro benessere essenziale ma sufficiente a farti passare qualche ora di ottimo relax. Buonissima e fornitissima la colazione. Prossima volta ci fermeremo sicuramente anche a cena. Posizione strategica ma non particolarmente affascinante. Ottimo soggiorno, complimenti
