Hotel Quintessence Reviews

This is a lake view hotel with a very good location. The rooms are large, facing the mountains and the water, and the scenery is beautiful and pleasant. In the morning, I saw a deer foraging in front of the hotel. The maple leaves around the hotel are red and the fallen leaves are colorful, which makes people linger. The hotel is not in Cuihu Villa Town, which is quiet in the bustling city. Cuihu Villa Town is a three-minute walk across the road. There are food, drinks and fun. If you stay in Cuihu Town for two days, you can stay here for one day and stay in a hotel in the town for one day, so that you can enjoy the lake view and mountain view. We enjoyed a French meal at the hotel. The oysters were small and not recommended. I asked for steamed cod, but it was served by mistake as other fish. The waiter was very sorry and said that he could make a new cod, but we said no. As a result, the waiter gave us a free dish, and we gave him an over-tipping, and everyone was happy. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service of this hotel!

The Quintessence well lived up to its name! My family has been fortunate enough to stay in hotels world-wide, but this shall always be a favorite! We highly recommend this beautiful property and its wonderful staff.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of a couple of weeks touring around Quebec. The hotel is stunning. The setting is beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and so friendly. The room was huge and so well equipped. Having a wood burning fire in a hotel room was such a treat. And sitting in a hot tub looking out at the frozen lake and snowy mountains was fab. Dined in the restaurant on our second night. Our server was lovely. The food was delicious - have the prime rib, you won’t regret it. Basically, it was so perfect, we didn’t want to leave and we will absolutely go back one day.

What we liked - everything. What we wished for when we left - staying another night. Quintessence Hotel is aptly named. Accommodations/ room was fabulous. Service is attentive, personal and friendly. Amenities are great. A memorable break made more so by this exquisite hotel. Can't wait to come back.

From the time we arrived at the hotel the staff was very attentive and willing to help us in anything we required. We very much enjoyed our time spent here and would recommend to friends and family.

It was amazing to stay for 6 days, we really enjoyed first time to stay! Especially I asked the front desk to changed my room because the big tree block the nice view of my camera from the lake, they done it right away for us👍we were appreciated🌹🙏

Suite was in excellent condition, even after posting do not disturb hotel still provided a bag of clean linens in front of door. Excellent service and attention to detail.

The service here was impeccable. The property is well maintained, safe and clean. I do wish they would limit the age of guests to over 12 or so. I do not like to hear children yelling at 7 AM or at any time for that matter. Otherwise, great place and I plan to return as soon as I can.
