Stayed here for a conference - room and service was OK, so value for money... The noise level in the room from the street was my only issue, but hey, it's downtown Toronto, so expected

The hotel upgraded me to a sea view room for free and allowed me to check in early. The front desk staff was excellent. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, with Chinese restaurants, a supermarket, and a convenience store nearby. It was a very pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and everything met our expectations. The room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. It was a great experience, and we would happily return in the future. Highly recommend

Chelsea Hotel is perfectly located in downtown Toronto with convenient transportation. The room is super clean. There are two separate swimming pools; for kids and for adults ~ it made it clear they take guests convenience to the next level. You could see the CN tower from 27th floor of adult swimming pool (with sauna and whirlpool!) Definitely will choose this hotel when I come back!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Toronto, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There are some really good Chinese restaurants nearby too. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The location is fantastic, right on Yonge Street, making it super easy to walk to attractions or find places to eat. The service was great; they refreshed our water and towels daily during cleaning, and we were even able to store our luggage for free on our departure day. The only minor issue was the soundproofing, which wasn't very good.

We booked this hotel for the adults only pool, being that it was March break they allowed children into the adults only pool (as well as there being a children’s pool). We would have liked this information beforehand as the pool was the reason for booking. We were only able to get access to the pool between 10-11pm. Otherwise hotel was very clean, we had a standard queen room which was really nice with a comfortable bed. Bathroom needs some renovations, especially the bath/shower situation. We enjoyed our stay but we feel that information about the pool should have been known upfront and not made aware to us upon check in

Visited on a business trip. The location was excellent, but the facilities were outdated and in poor condition. The female front desk staff was unfriendly. I asked for a towel, but they said they didn't have enough and gave me a pool towel... I didn't use the restaurant, so I can't comment on that. The male front desk staff was very friendly.

The room was clean and tidy, the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, and breakfast was abundant. The staff were polite and attentive. There are many restaurants nearby, so Chinese people who enjoy rice and congee will have plenty of options. The Eaton Centre, which is not far away, offers good prices and frequently has promotions.

While the hotel is perfectly situated, is clean and has all the amenities, it's as busy as an airport check in. It opens to the street from 3 sides making navigating the lobby quite intense. There are people everywhere. My room which was tidy and clean was very very cold. I had to run the fan coil at 90 F for hours to get warm. Room TV channels are limited and the TV didn't allow adding your own apps or screen sharing. Overnight parking fees are expensive even at the discounted rate. 655 Bay St parking is cheaper and easier to navigate. The self service check in worked really well allowing me to skip the huge check in queue but it made the entire hotel experience impersonal.
