Didn't like all the rules we had to sign, seemed a little weird she told me to make sure I read everything I'm signing.. seems like a setup. Also they wouldn't give me a new room or refund me my money because I got a room I didn't reserve and wanted a suite

Front desk tried to charge, ran my card to charge, even though i had prepaid. When I pulled up my paypal receipt, they fixed the issue swiftly.

First time staying here. Very clean and quiet.
Staff could be more friendly. Also, the staff seems locked away (rarely at the desk) as though this is a dangerous location. I don't believe it to be a dangerous location, but the behavior is odd. Breakfast was so-so at best. Might stay here again/ might not.

This is my family and I second time staying here. This will be our forever go to hotel when we come to Illinois. The staff are so nice & friendly. Free breakfast is good, they even have to go bags if you cannot stay and it hot breakfast. The hotel is very clean. We love everything about it especially the location. It is within walking distance to stores and restaurants.

We had a very nice stay! The rooms and common areas were extremely clean and smelled good. Front desk staff and housekeeping was very friendly and always in a great mood! We loved the complimentary hot cocoa bar! Can’t wait to come back again!

One of the best hotels I have been to. THe staff was amazing! The breakfast was a lot more then I thought it would be. VERY CLEAN!
