BEDBUGS ,eaten alive , i felt as if my skin was crawling,which kept me awake till 3:15 pm i checked my bed as soon as i got up,i photographed many dead Bedbugs i was disgusted,i headed straight to the Tui Rep with my photographs,she was lovely took my photos,straight to Reception and started a report,within 2 hours i recieved a brand new mattress to my room,Second time here ,very disappointed with some aspects,firstly the cleanliness of the bathroom ,Mould around the shower cubicle,that also leaked,not enough power points for phones tablets etc,the 1st week at dinner they are straight there offering you a drink once seated,second week nothing,this place caters for Germans not british,my Husband hated it,his 1st time,I was so impressed the 1st time,I wanted to take him but he said he wouldn't go back,he felt a waste of hard earned money,meal times are like a cattle market,German people pushing in and I felt suffocated,to which I voiced,I shouted,I can't breath,I won't be back,I will be speaking to my Travel agent,and My friend who is a Travel agent,I know she will deter people from booking here once I have shared my experience.

I went there in November 2020. It was a great stay and first ever luxury hotel stay for me. I loved the buffet, churros variety. Rooms were great, weather was good in November. There were great exercises classes available for guests and I had a go at snorkeling and has a massage there it was relaxing. I am a fan of Riu hotels I had a good stay there and delicious food. Thank you. Great staff.

Just returned from a lovely week, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, the whole place is kept beautifully clean, there are plenty of sun beds, the only area that gets really full is by the infinity pool. The food was great and there’s something for everyone, we used the app to book the themed restaurants which apart from the gourmet one are also buffet style but much smaller so a far nicer experience than the main buffet restaurant. We would definitely recommend and return.

Our 2nd visit here, great hotel, exceptionally well maintained gardens an pools. Food is excellent too, a bit disappointed cannot have breakfast at the Atlantico restaurant any more. Some of the entertainment was excellent however I feel the Neon and White parties are not in keeping with the average age of the guests at this hotel and as the Sunset/ purple bar is no longer open at night there is nowhere to sit and have a quiet drink away from the noise.

Hotel very nice but a few changes since 2 years ago , so bit disappointed. No theatre shows , no jacuzzi, singer on top sea front area he was not there anymore . Not a lot of music and activities around pool areas. Too many people in one area in the entertainments in the evenings

We have just returned from a 10 night stay here and would definitely recommend. Staff all helpful and very friendly, hotel spotless and daytime/evening entertainment was great. Lots of sunbed space around the garden pools and children pool area. I personally loved all the different bars and areas you can go for drinks/coffee during morning, daytime or evening. The new sports bar is also a great addition - massive shout out to Pavel who looked after me and my dad when nipping in for a game of pool most afternoons! Location is absolutely perfect with supermarkets, restaurants and shops all within a 10 min walk. Hoping to come back here over the next year or two!

This was our first time to this hotel and it is one of the best we have been to. Everything about it was great. The food, service, cleanliness and accommodation here is excellent. You have so many pools and sunbeds, you could easily find sun beds in the afternoon as there is no nonsense with people throwing towels on them and hoarding them from the early hours etc. there are a number of restaurants including 3 a la cartes. Roo S are spacious with coffee and tea plus a mini bar stocked up for free. The safe is free and there is a lovely promenade to walk along facing the sea.

Spa is amazing.... I enjoyed a hot stone massage. Daniela was the one who took care of me the most skilled, delicate, 2 magical hands. Very friendly staff and helpful. The food was very, very tasty, with a large variety of choices. Many restaurants where dinner can be served. Definitely recommend this hotel.

A brilliant holiday food spoilt for choice room amazing with mini bar pools and gardens manicured well equipped gym steam room and cooling pool great staff all friendly from reception to gardeners, to cleaners lovely walk along the promenade to bars and shops
