人気の宮古島には新しいホテルが沢山建っている中で、設備は新しくないのですが そこそこきちんと手入れしてあります。また部屋も十分広くリネン類もきちんと洗濯されています。街の中心地にも近く便利ですね。目の前は砂浜ではなく港なのですが 少し歩くとパイナガマビーチでのんびりできます。 ダイビングの宿泊地としては十分で10回以上リピートしています。駐車場も使いやすいですよ。安いレートが見つかれば ★5つ！

12月上旬7泊させて頂きました。まず、フロント、レストラン、部屋掃除係り等 全員がよく教育されていて気持ちよく迎えて頂き、また快適に過ごす事が出来ました。ゴルフのため朝早く出発のためボックスをお願いしたのですが、料理長の気配りが素晴らしく大変心のこもった朝食でした。またラウンジで食べたパスタも大変美味しかったです。島内の居酒屋も良いのですが、ホテルのラウンジでとる夕食も良いと思います。立地条件も良くお薦めです。

受付、お土産コーナー、朝食会場、みなさんスタッフの方が感じがいいなと思いました。エレベーター降りて客室に向かう廊下はリノベーションされてかわいい雰囲気にされていたのでワクワクした。 室内は普通な感じでした。バスタブは古い感じがしたのでゆっくり入る気にならなかった。すぐ横が港なので窓は開けれなかったけど外が見れて子どもは嬉しそうでした。 ただ、コインランドリーが残念すぎます。設備に書いてあった為使用するつもりで来ましたが。1000円くらい使い、夜中に洗濯乾燥の往復、挙句の果て乾かず臭い。部屋に干そうとするも干物がない。翌朝車で数分の地元のランドリーを利用して洗い直ししました。 水着など洗う向けですかね。設備に書かない方がいいのではと思いました。 すごく気持ちがブルーになりました。 翌朝の朝食はすごく美味しかったです。 スタッフの方がちょこちょこ気にされてきれいにしてあって、前日の出来事も流されました。

部屋はきれいで荷物を置く場所も確保でき、窓からの眺めも素晴らしかったです。一つ問題点があるとしたらエレベーターを降りたあとの廊下が暑すぎる。冷房が全く効いてなかった。プール上がりならこれでいいと思うが・・・？

11階だったのですが、ウォシュレットが壊れていました。トイレの蓋も閉めて流そうとすると取れてしまい、その都度直していました。ちょっと残念でした。
フロントの方たちがちょっと無愛想だったかな？こんな時だから迷惑だったのかな・・と気になりました。
朝食のビュッフェはとても美味しく、レストランスタッフの皆様はとても感じが良くご案内いただきました。

親切で気持ちのいいサービスでした。わからないことや質問に期待以上に応えてくれました。港が見える部屋も気持ちがよかったです。15分ほど歩いて繁華街に夕飯を食べに行くのは暑かったですが、振り返るといい思い出です♪
