We went for a wedding and the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of.

I hate going to the valley, but I have to come down here every couple months to visit my mom. I use this hotel, because it is in my opinion the best hotel in the area. It is a shining star in a turbulent, bustling, and overcrowded town. This hotel is awesome and offers an incredible breakfast every day, and great gym, full of clean, working equipment. There are many nice restaurants in the area in walking distance. My favorite thing about this hotel is the two free drink happy hour every evening from 5 to 7. I think that’s the only thing that kept my sanity in this trip.

The rooms were great but we didn't get the room we reserved. We had reserved a suite with two queen and ended up with a room with one king. When we informed them, we were told that we couldn't get that room until the next day once people checked out and room service cleaned the rooms. We had a wedding to get ready for so we were pressed for time. Overall the stay was nice but it would've been perfect had the room been right from the beginning.

Very nice, low key, location with interesting shopping and eatery around. We chose this hotel due to the tesla chargers. The complimentary breakfast is not only convenient, but also delicious and varied. There’s also happy hour! And the dinning on site is reasonably priced as well as tasty.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable; well lit, and organized in such a manner that privacy is possible even sharing the suite, since the bathroom has two separate entrances.

The breakfast was TERRIBLE!!!!!! The 2 bedroom suite was much smaller than what they show in the pictures. The cleanliness was good and the area around the property was convenient.

Our last 2 stays, the first night everything was good, the second day terribly bad. They do not clean the room. I report it to the front desk but they only tell me that the staff has already left. They can only help me by giving me clean towels. Very bad service, they don't even look you in the eye and leave you waiting.

The property was clean upon entering. Front desk was friendly and was decorated nice for the holidays. Our room did not have towels in it when we arrived, so that is why we gave it 4 stars
