Friendly staff. Always available for any question or concerns. One of the favorite places for us to stay when visiting mission. Great staff clean rooms good breakfast!

It is right behind a Walmart and we were able to zip over there for things we didn't know we needed.

Check in was to late in the evening 3,4 pm no phone number to call them on app , out by 11am not worth my money , comforter was horrible got in a wad carpet stained no hair cap shower bottom of tub not safe to much noise outside smoking area .

Was pretty bad, they had rude staff and they didn’t say that they have problems, they have not working keys so every time you have to get to your room you need to ask the staff for help, they also didn’t have working wifi I ask for the manager and they just said that tomorrow when he gets there, he never did, one time that I ask for, when is the key and wifi going to work? The front desk guy said to me that I just paid for the room not the amenities, he was pretty rude

I travel every month to the Valley; it's the best ever hotel I have seen in that area, and you won't regret the money you pay.

We will be filing a complaint with the local authorities. They refused are very wonderful service dog and made us leave the premises before we even checked in. We inform them of the law and that that is not acceptable and they said they didn't care. This was going to be our second stay there but we will never go again

The common areas and our room was very clean upon our arrival. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced during the day while we were gone. I called the front desk and let them know. They reported it and brought us fresh towels to use quickly. This was disappointing since this is a service paid for an included in the price of the room. The cleaning service apparently wrote that we 'denied cleaning service' when they came to our room which was not true since we were gone 8a-9p that day. Everything else was good.
