It was very good when I used it before, so I booked it again. The seasonal dishes were brought out one after another and I was impressed and delicious. The room was cleaned neatly and the customer service was good. I think it's hard in Corona. It was a very satisfying stay. Too much praise?! Yes, it's true!

My child wanted to go to Conan's Aoyama Gosho Furusatokan during Golden Week, so I suddenly made a reservation since this place was open. I have a son who uses a wheelchair, so when I called to confirm, he said that he would not let me in a wheelchair! I was refused. Thanks to that, I couldn't get a trip or other accommodation that my child was looking forward to, so I gave up. I love traveling to many places with my child in a wheelchair, but this is the first time I have been treated like this. Nowhere on the website does it say that wheelchairs are not allowed, and even if the hotel is not barrier-free, it may cause an inconvenience, but the staff will work with you, so if you are okay with that, you can stay the night. In this day and age, we can't even put a wheelchair in without such a response! I never expected someone to say something like that to me, and I can't believe how the staff treated me so casually as if it were normal. If you're going to take that kind of action, write big and big on the official website and say, "Wheelchairs not allowed!"
