When we arrive at Minatitlán, Veracruz we stayed immediately at 🏩 hotel and attend the meeting of former students after 30 years of not seeing and blessed technology, so we contacted, remembering so many anecdotes, What we do in our lives and where we are rooted. We then take a tour express in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz where we met in the submarine tunnel q communicate with the village Villa Allende (belonging to Coatzacoalcos),the 🏖 beach, travelling in 🚤 lanches and eating in one of the restaurants on the shore.

Excellent place for guest****, good location and safety

This hotel has a quite smerted and friendly care, small rooms but with the necessary, it is a practically business hotel, its restaurant though not very good highlighted good care

We quite enjoyed our stay, although I exhausted the knowledge of my spanish quite early, much to the annoyance of the staff as no one on staff speaks english. They were as patient as could be, especially the gentleman that received orders for the kitchen, and what fantastic meals they were. Easily digestible, for the most part, and well made. Sometimes I dream of the torta... anyway the pool is quite worn, the hot tub to... or rather just ”tub”. Despite the slight disrepair, the staff, night guard included, are most warm and helpful. I would certainly go back in the future should the occasion arise, but ye be warned: Hotel Los Andes is a wonderful place, but navigating the town on your lonesome can prove to be dangerous. Please rely on the desk staff for transportation if you cannot manage to find your own. Uber is also an option, although according to our driver Uber has yet to be made legal in the area. If you are attempting a trip from the hotel to the airport I shall also warn you that many, if not all of your prospective drivers may cancel before pick-up (Uber). Anyway, Hotel Los Andes is in need of some repair, but it functions in every area that counts at 110% in whole due to its dedicated staff. I certainly recommend it.

Sadly, this Holiday Inn is falling apart. Broken tiles at both entries, frayed bedding. The staff wasn’t overly friendly like other HI I have stayed at. The beds and pillows were still really comfortable like I expected from HI and the rooms were clean. Needs new paint and a good renovation. I would go back to Fiesta Inn next time which isn’t my first preference because I love the Holiday Inn in general.
