The room is spacious good for couple. The aircon sounds like it's going to be totally damage at night still the room can have its own coldness at night. Over all- its fine to stay since the location is nearby the area. Thank you!

This hotel isn’t for families. This hotel is in the middle of a bar district. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The food at the rooftop is lacking. The only issue I had was the first day because I didn’t have hot water to take a shower. The staff resolved the issue the same day.

We celebrated my son's birthday here and stayed for 3 days and 2 nigths, it was the best decision ever because the hotel made my family really special during our stay. Each and every staff of the was very accomodating and polite, they gave lots of treats and even decorated our room with balloons and birthday banner. My son was very happy for all the birthday songs and cakes that he received. At the end of the day he told us this is his birthday ever. Thank you swissotel for making our stay memorable.

I was surprised while checking in. When the female staff grabbed the male staff’s stomach who was progress my check in. When I entered the room, it was NOT so clean, especially the bathroom. Dust hung on the door and there were rusty residues in the shower. I ordered a frozen margarita from the pool bar at the pool but no one served. About an hour later, the staff asked if I had already eaten the margarita, so I just canceled it. There weren't many customers, but the staff were chatting and laughing with each other, so I think I forgot my order. Is this a 5 star hotel service? IDK.

My experience at the Queens hotel had a very rocky start. #1. When I had checked in, I was given a room where the room wasn't made yet. No towels and no bedding. Called the front desk and they sent housekeeping to fix the problem but it's still an inconvenient 45 minute wait to shower. #2. The mattress was hard and lumpy. Maybe got 30 minutes of sleep the whole night. In the morning, I asked the front desk if any other room was available and if I could switch? They informed me no other rooms available but they will provide a foam mattress for me. Fortunately, this solved the problem and I was able to sleep the rest of the stay. Kudos to the front desk staff for their outstanding customer service to keep me there because I was already looking online for other hotels in the area to switch to. Location is great. Pool is relaxing. Highly recommend getting the balcony rooms to lounge in, but bring your noise canceling headphone because noise from the street and pool area could be distracting. Heard great things about the restaurant but I only had breakfast there -- wasn't very impressed with their limited menu. Not the friendliest staff in the restaurant either. I also wanted to substitute rice for hash brown but was told it would cost an additional 100 peso. Wow? Really? Just for rice? For breakfast, walk over to Phillies or Envy. Customer service and menu is much better. Overall, good hotel. Reason why I don't give them a 5* is the rough start upon check-in and restaurant. .

Ok first I am really speechless about how wonderful this hotel and its staff is... to begin with I booked it for my gf to propose her for marriage..as I am far from her so we did online..but I emailed hotel about payment assistance, surprise package preparation and OMG!! They did out of the universe wonderful work...first there room look exactly how it is in picture , everything picture perfect, they were under staffed but superb ownership taken by Rolyn (staff) and Kisha( staff ) with the most effective communication, they're mind blowing and super helpful...omg because of them and outstanding leadership by Kris (manager) and the surprise from him made my surprise so special and OMG!! She said yes ...♥️ this is dream hotel for me and my family and friends .. so my message to everyone ”this is the best hotel .. just book ..every cent you spend it absolutely worth it...you'll be happily surprised”, each member of staff and management is like a army on their own ... getting emotional here ..but awesome work ..happy new year to everyone there. Thank you for making my stay at Surestay Clarview a memorable one. I enjoyed your hospitality and your delicious Kare-kare. The room was spacious, clean and well-lit. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was important for my online meetings. I appreciated the polite and helpful staff at the hotel. Shout out to Jen and Gilbert. However, there were some areas that could be improved. For example, some of the employees were too loud while on duty, which disturbed my peace and quiet. Also, the service at the restaurant was kinda slow and I had to call someone twice to get their attention. Finally, I had a hard time reaching the reception by phone when I needed some bath soap. I had to go down to the lobby and found two personnel who said they didn't receive any call. Overall, I still had a lovely stay at your hotel and I would recommend it to others. As a former hotelier, I know how hard it is to run a hotel and I appreciate your efforts. I hope you will take my feedback as constructive criticism and work on improving your service. See you soon!

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

We were on our anniversary staycation, and for the first time in all the places we’ve stayed at (and we love to travel and stayed in cheaper places), I woke up with a cockroach bite on my eye. I wouldnt’ve posted a review but it still hurts, I can’t scratch my eye and it’s been heavy so it hurts and I can’t work right since, and I do online work, so it’s been hard :( the facilities are good. The food is expensive, not much of a selection, but I hope they clean better. I told the reception and pointed to my eye, they gave us an hour extension for checkout, which isn’t really special, or compensates for the damages their poor cleaning did :/
