I really like staying at this hotel when we visit our family here and already knew in advance about the things that we wouldn't like e.g. the terrible coffee machines (please do something about this and serve us decent coffee!) but we weren't prepared for the other unfortunate events. The first thing we noticed was all the laundry bags at the front entrance of the hotel and it took us a couple of days to understand that there was a group of people staying there who were using this service. This group of around 20 people were at the bar during the evenings which was not a problem at all but then we noticed that quite a few of them were also staying on our 4th floor. This again would have been fine but they were slamming doors shut late into the night and then early the next morning and carrying on with loud conversations in the corridors. We've never had this experience before at such a lovely hotel and hope that next time there won't be a repeat. I hope for a response to this review.
