very bad

This superior 3 star hotel is more than good. It is in an excellent location (Reoubblica Metro stop 200m away) and the staff is very professional and extremely helpful. Prices normal. For the rest everything is normal

The location and transportation are very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Milan Station. The room is also very clean. It is within walking distance of the Cathedral and Chinatown. There aren't many breakfast items, but it's still enough to fill you up. The price is very high.

We chose the hotel strategically close to the Central Station, it is a 10-minute walk away. It is a little further from the center. The room was rather small, as was the bathroom. At night you could hear the garbage trucks too much (it already happened to us in another hotel that we stayed in the area, in this one we were on the 4th floor); It seems that they are not very soundproofed to the outside. We had a mini terrace (which being November we did not use). We were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel (without extra cost); which is appreciated. As for the receptionists... well... there were better and worse ones.

Except for the small room and a park fee, I was satisfied.

Pleasant stay

Nice hotel near the central station, with clean and good-size rooms, simple but varied breakfast. It is kind of far from the city center, though.

Check in was okay room Amenities were just straight lies heating /AC unit control by front desk by midnight everything is shutdown and in suite control unit wasn’t working room was set for temperature of 22 degrees thermostat showed 27 degrees complained to front staff no issue fix will not plan to comeback there . One additional things dot not disturbs was ON at all time but cleaning staff still decide to invade our privacy

Close to Milan city center via taxi and metro. Lots of restaurants around the area. Clean room and great customer service.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. We arrived, checked-in and everything was just fine until this point. However, when we first entered the room, there was this elderly lady lying on the bad that we were supposed to stay! It scared me to death as the room was all dark and she started walking in my direction. Later on, we found out that the elderly lady was a homeless person who managed to enter the hotel AND to the room. When that happened, I ran to the reception and for my surprise, they said that it was the second time that this had happened and they had no clue how. The staff changed the room we were supposed to stay and did not even apologize. The manager Younes was a little bit ironic about the whole situation and kind of making fun of how scared we were. Stay away. Safety first and this hotel won’t have it guaranteed.
