Travelodge Middlesbrough

It was easy to locate and clean.

Checked in around 6pm with Adele, she was very friendly and made check in easy and stress free (had hungry kids with us) We ate in the hotels restaurant with my family, descent selection of food and drinks on the menu. We were served by Savanna who was also friendly. Really nice to see happy staff. Room was basic but clean, would stay here again. Thanks

Arrived onsite and sadly there was a issue with the booking with no fault of the travelodge staff, Amy and another girl, was very helpful and let us wait in the bar area while this was sorted, very good experience and very chatty and helpful thnx guys :)

Been a few times in the last few months, staying 1-2 nightd Chefs Nicola and Sav have been very accommodating and gone above and behind to meet my additional needs. They have been very thoughtful and given different options to accommodate my needs. Both are also amazing Chefs and make some lovely food. Adele has been very welcoming and helpful. She's really helped break the loneliness up by have some very random conversation. She has supported my needs by going above and beyond and a valuable member of the team. Manager Sam, was extremely helpful and understanding when there was a mix up on the resvations with work. She gave us some extra time (after check out time) to organise and sort this so I didn't have to pack/change rooms.

Nice quiet, clean, comfortable room. Sam on reception was particularly welcoming and helpful. Aldi store directly below if any shopping needed. I would definitely stay here again, next time I'm up this way. Nothing to complain about with this place.

Was made to feel Very welcome and Always enjoy a comfortable visit at Middlesbrough Travel Lodge, have travelled up from Cheshire many times in order to visit family and Never had Any issues with staff or the facilities provided,was Greeted by Amy and Kristy,thank you Both,A Hillyard.
