Where do i begin. As an evacuation from Fort Myers during Hurricane Milton because of being a Hurricane Ian survivor I was beyond stressed out. Plus, I have a husband who wanted to hunker down again. When he finally agreed i called for a reservation. From the first steps into the hotel i was pleasantly pleased by the smell of the lobby. Jeanette allowed us to drive up to the gated 2nd floor parking lot. I was so relieved as I was worried about flooding. Meanwhile Gino took care of our room and recommended a great Cuban restaurant-Don Juan. Highly recommend. Later, I was still walking around being very confused and worried about our son who wouldn’t evacuate. I was approached by two ladies, Nora and Jennifer who were so kind and compassionate and spoke to me in prayer and it comforted me so much for their sincere and loving manner. I will be forever grateful to them. The breakfast every morning certainly was the best we’ve ever had at a Hilton. Nora,Mia and Adriana did such a marvelous job of different food selections every morning. The omelets and banana waffles where my favorite. Also, anytime over the next 3 days that I saw Nora or Jennifer I would get welcoming greetings and concerns over my son. It was the best decision to stay here and not have to deal with all the power outages at home or having to deal with a change of course from the hurricane. Rm 704 was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was I asked for my conditioner bottle to be refilled and our safe didn't work. I sent a text, spoke to front desk and also asked the housekeeper. It was never fixed during our stay. However, that was the very least of our worries.

I chose check-in for 1pm. When getting there told was told give them 30 mins to clean rooms. Waited a good 45 mins and still told need more time. I drove 4.5 hours to get there and still waited. Watching others coming in and going to a room aggravated me. About 1.5 hours later, was told can go to room.
Even Hotel Miami - Airport

The location is close to the airport. The room is quite big, the bed is 1.5 inches, the bathroom has a glass door, and there are yoga mats and other things in the room. The hygiene is pretty good, cleaner than the Hilton downtown, hahaha. You can order food in the restaurant. The one we bought included two breakfasts. On the third morning when we checked out and caught our flight, the waiter packed it for us. We liked it, but the toast was a little burnt on both days.
